On Palace Gate Road, Methi enchants all the senses with their fantastic Indian dishes. This excellent restaurant sets the bar high in service and atmosphere as well as in culinary expertise, making it immensely popular with local-area foodies looking for an exciting new experience. Always fresh and made to order, the food on offer at Methi Indian Restaurant shines for its freshness, quality and boldness – you’ll never find frozen or pre-packaged ingredients at this popular eatery. Situated just a stone’s throw from Alexandra Palace overground station and not far from Wood Green underground, Methi Indian Restaurant is worth an extra journey for their phenomenal cuisine. Make sure to book a table in advance to avoid disappointment when planning to dine at this busy North London restaurant.
Made a last minute booking as we were attending a gig at Ally Pally. It was by far the best curry we’ve ever had! Friendly staff and great service - an excellent meal all round.
Great restaurant. Both the food and the service are excellent. This was our second visit and it certainly will not be our last. Thank you.
Food is amazing! They were very patient with us, we faffed about for ages before we ordered and it was no problem. My only (very small) gripe is that the lighting is maybe a bit bright - but then you want to see your food I guess!
Lovely restaurant. Food was very tasty and the staff were very helpful. Will defiantly be going back with the family. Would recommend this restaurant to eveyone.
Booking was easy and the restaurant confirmed by email on the day. We were a party of 6. Great food, friendly staff, the recent refurb is tasteful - can't fault it.
Attentive staff. Very dry chicken in the Bhuna, the other dishes seemed okay but both bhuna dishes were very dry. We were on a tight time frame or we would have returned it. Won’t be rushing back
Adequate food on a busy Saturday evening. Too many tables close together for my liking so restaurant felt too crowded for our small group of 3.Would go again during the week when it was less crowded.
