Excellent fresh quality food. Their kebabs are generous portions. Food always is freshly done. Never had any issues from this place. Would whole heartedly recommend.
The chicken Korma was the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent. We had to walk a bit in the rain, but the food was worth every raindrop.
Great food + BRing your own booze made a for a great family evening Pleasant staff very attentive reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Thank you
Brill food nice atmosphere and BYOB. Would definitely recommend and return. Nicely placed for pre cinema or theatre meal being just off Lothian Rd. Thanks.
As far as an Indian restaurants go, Mughal Indian Restaurant could do with a lot of updating - from the decor (smashed front windows) to the menus and sadly, things that should be working don’t (like the card machine). The food was ok - starters really nice and a big portion. The mains were nice but a little underwhelming.
I booked this for my wife for lunch and it was excellent value with three courses and plenty of options to choose from. To start she had the pakora which is the usual for most folks and the chilli chicken which was a bit brave but she went for it managed to handle the heat so if you ike a bit of heat try this dish
Always good for a lunch when your fed up of sandwiches. A really good selection of starters and mains for a great lunch time price. I enjoyed the pakora along with the chicken tika masala and plain nan bread. They cook everything fresh to order in no time at all so no need for a prolonged lunch hour either.
Doesn’t lol muck in they outside but the food makes up for it. The lunch menu is good value and the quality of the dishes are good. All freshly prepared to order and I especially liked the pakora which you should try as the Chili sauce is unique and obviously made in house.
A good lunch time spot not the most inviting entrance with the damaged glass whoch seems to have been there a long time , but if you get past tat the food is really good and ecellany value for courses. I enjoyed the chicken tikka so would suggest you try it.
Not very appealing from the outside but the lunch was s reasonable price and food was good. So do not let the appearance put you off it is worth a visit for lunch but not sure I would go for dinner
