Multan Tandoori

Located in Paisley Town Centre along George Street, within easy reach of the university and Paisley Canal station, Multan Tandoori is a no-nonsense Indian restaurant with an extensive menu of South Asian dishes and delicacies. Great value set menus offer an entry point to what can be a bewildering array of options, but it’s the Multan specialties that will attract spice lovers from as far as Glasgow. Try the orange special (your choice of meat, seafood or vegetarian ingredients cooked in a creamy sauce infused with orange liqueur), the Hawaiian macadamia and liqueur korma, the brandied garlic nashilee tikka, the fiery Punjabi chilli masala and, the jewel in the crown, the Multana, a dish described by the restaurant as ‘spectacular’ and consisting of barbecued meat (quorn and vegetable options are available) cooked in a green chilli and coriander sauce.
