- Good food, wait for food wasn't too long either - Not all tapas as originally advertised - Waited 15minutes to order food with only 1 person ordering in-front of us, staff didn't seem very organised

Food good but far too noisy. Won't go again. Need to separate bowling from eating for a better experience. Not right ambience for me and the family.

The food was lovely and the service was excellent. I had the pork ribs and the meat was dropping off the bone. I would definitely recommend dining here

Really nice and relaxed place to eat, the kids eat all their food which is always a bonus. Family of 4 for drinks, mains and puddings around £60 so reasonable prices too. Brilliant for if your using level (which we did)

Didn’t realise Mundos had moved from former location and was a little worried on arrival as we were in a bowling centre and there wasn’t as many tapas dishes on the menu but was an excellent meal and everything we had was very nice!

Awful. Walked out and waited for a table somewhere else. It was a sports bar atmosphere. What a complete error changing what was working. Going from a lovely restaurant to a chavvy sports bar in the middle of a bowling alley.

Disgusting service. We left without ordering as they did not have a full menu as stated on website. Daily deal not available either which was still being advertised on the website. Staff not interested one bit. I will never return.

Food fantastic, service and wait for food not very good at all. We waited three quarters of an hour for food, wine glasses dirty and nibbles/starter came after main course!

Excellent food, wine and service. The restaurant was clean, bright and welcoming with much more atmosphere than on previous occasions; probably a result of the pre-Christmas lunches.

CThis was the second time that my wife and i had been to Mundoand yet again the food was very nice. I like the varied choice - we chose 6 dishes between us and the portion sizes were just about .. My favourite dish was the Crispy Chilli beef which was delicious !! I only scored it 5 instead of 6 because we had to wait for about 1 hour for our food to arrive - in their defence the place was very busy though....... We will be going back.

Food was lovely but service was appalling. We had booked and when we arrived our table was given to someone else. Waited and waited to be served with drinks or given menus and saw several other people walk out while we waited. Not organised at all.

Our pre booked table wasn't ready and we waited almost an hour to be seated. Then was told the gas had run out so we couldn't have any soft drink. However, the waiter (who lives in Chorley thats all we know) was very helpful and got us some bottled juice from one of their other bars, so thank you to him otherwise, the score would have been less. The food was nice

Good food but long weight for our table! We booked online and still had to wait 45 minutes first it! The restaurant was empty@ they turned people away when there was only 11 tables being used with about 7 servers! Strange place. Wouldn't go.back

We booked pre-theatre dining, and with the ticket discount it was great value. Generous portions, not too long to wait for food, although a little slower for the table to be cleared and Bill settled. Very good atmosphere and service overall. Would book again 👍

The service was very slow but I believe they was having staffing issues however the food when it arrived more than made up for this as it was delicious and quite big portions for tapas ! Will go again.

Food was OK, not terrible but not good either. But service was pathetic. We were constantly forgotten about, waited 30 mins for the desserts menu before we got up and asked for it. Another 15 minutes later we gave up and left. As we went to pay the waitress seemed to realise and held her hand to her mouth in shock that she'd forgotten about us again but no apology was offered. No question of whether we were happy or if the food was good. Won't be going back.

Lovely food, good service. Comfortable surrounding and good atmosphere, only down side was the speed of the food coming out of the kitchen, we were there pre-concert but it took an hour for the food to come. Would we go again, yes definitely.

AVOID like the plague. Booked this restaurant 2 weeks before the show at the theatre, arrived on time/in plenty of time for the show. Waitress advised us that there was little chance of us being served because the 'manager' had told them to serve only the special box office customers first. Expressed my opinion to the manager as we left, dined here before but never again. She seemed completely disinterested that customers were walking away from her restaurant. Plenty of better places to dine in Preston, where they'll welcome their guests and treat them accordingly.

Arrived 6.15 and at 7.30 still hasn’t received any food . Had to leave to attend show . Night ruined . Restaurant wasn’t even that busy so god knows how they would cope on a busy night .

We're rating this a 2 for the bar and waiting staff only. We booked a table for 6.30 this evening to eat before a show at 8pm. We arrived at 6.15 and we're shown straight to our table and had drinks orders taken not long after. Then at about 6.30 we ordered our meal. Just one main with two sides... By 7.40 the meal still hadn't arrived (they did send us one of our sides at 7.30 which was some foccacia) so we had to leave. The waiting staff were extremely apologetic, and polite and we were not charged for anything. We were one of at least three couples who had to walk out before we'd had our food. I can't understand how such a popular place cannot cater for orders on a show night, and the place was not busy at all with many empty tables too... Such a shame as we were looking forward to trying the food...

Got a couple of things wrong with our order, and charged us full price instead of the special Thursday price however the staff rectified immediately and without hesitation. The fantastic food and wonderful staff definately made up for it, and would definitely come back. Thanks for letting us celebrate a memorable wedding anniversary.
