Food was okay overall, except the tempura which was actually raw veg with a few crumbs of batter. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with the kids.

This was our first experience in conjunction with a theatre trip. We really enjoyed the meal. Enough choice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good value for money.

Staff brilliant can't do enough for you the food is excellent with generous portions really good value for money love this place would definitely return

It was an excellent meal as before however service was not quite as good ,probably because they appeared to Be very busy.we will definitely be back again

We were kept waiting for our table even though we had booked & others who hadn’t booked walked straight in, were seated & ordered food whilst we were still waiting for our table. Once seated, service was quite slow but the food when it did arrive was excellent.

My wife and I were having a pre-show meal. I forgot that the tickets came with a voucher for the restaurant. It would have been professional and considerate for the waitress to ask us if we were going to a show and if we had vouchers with the tickets. The food was of good quality but the main courses were just warm enough. I believe they were ready before we had finished our starter and hence cooled. I would have sent them back but my wife did not want a fuss; meals should be piping hot.

Restaurant was quiet on a Sunday evening. The food was lovely and service excellent.

a great deal from the guild hall ticket office, three tapas and a drink, whats not to like :-) The service was good and the food exceeded expectation.

Understaffed for a Saturday night only 1 serving behind the bar food only warm. 1 item of food came out after we had finished eating

Food didn't seem as good a quality as the previous visits. Empty plates/platters left on table and staff had to be prompted to take them away

Nice place with good tasty tapas. Only issue was with one of the dishes being cold when taken to the table but this was quickly replaced by a fresh one. Would be better if food was taken to the table when ready rather than waiting for the complete order to be ready as this does mean that sometimes food gets cold whilst waiting for the order to be completed.

Usually very good but service very slow around 45 mins to even take our order. Also few people in the party not feeling too great the next day. Usually dont have problems but was quite dissapointing.

Food was lovely and initial service good. Just didn’t like that we were asked if we wanted the bill as our table was cleared whilst still sat with drinks? Felt like we were being rushed out.

Excellent tapas as always. If anything we ordered too much !!!! The 3 tapas and glass of wine are plenty so don't be greedy like me and order extra. The staff are lovely and very professional. Will be back very soon.

Good restaurant, great food and lovely friendly staff. I went on a Wednesday with my gf and had the Wednesday feast great value for money 4 tapas and 2 sides and a bottle of wine for £20.

Enjoyed the food,. Was good to have a good range of gluten free options. Nothing I didn't enjoy. Atmosphere was good. Relaxed and comfortable. Service was good too.

Nicely styled premises and excellent food. Waiting staff friendly but maybe just need to be a little more attentive to customers needs re. reordering of drinks and requesting the bill. Need to be scanning the room to ensure customers have everything they need, rather than hovering near the service area. If this small detail had been addressed we would have rated the experience 6 out of 6 :-)

Service was good with a smiling waitress and the food was good as usual a change of menu since our last visit, we enjoyed it and would recommend Mundo Tapas to anyone.

Another visit to Mundo Tapas and another great meal. As always friendly attentive service, the food was excellent especially the tempura prawns, chilli beef, chorizo in honey and chicken and chorizo paella. To top it all off competitively price which means a great meal which is value for money. Already looking forward to our next visit

Came for the lunchtime deal. Was perfect. All dishes were great and staff very attentive. Would definately go back again. Really good offer and plenty of choice

As always the food was excellent and the service fantastic, staff always have a smile and are very friendly nothing is to much for them! Cannot fault this place one single bit! Just brilliant!

It was my first visit to Mundo Tapas and i wasn't disappointed. I was made to feel very welcome and the customer service was second to none. Louis who took our order explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. The food was excellent and overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely return.

Great food, great service, just wish there had been more people in to create a little more atmosphere! Great place! Maybe a good idea could be to have special offers to entice people out at quieter times!

Disappointing this time one minuscule chicken skewer for two and lamb that was nothing tasting more than a black pudding just one tiny portion each. One meatball each also wish I had paid more n got what I was expecting.. Chilli beef was enjoyable so was the sweet potato wedges with alioli. Garlic bread with cheese was served 20 mins later so brought it home. Enjoyed Savignon Blanc instead of the house on the house only because the house wine was off the menu. Waited 20 mins before empty plates were taken away so had to rush to car park before we got a ticket. Food and service could have been a whole lot better as 3/4 staff were hanging out at bar n it took the chef passing through to prompt them.

The food was excellent but the service was pretty slow. The staff however are lovely and very helpful. I would certainly return probably next time we are in Preston.

Fabulous food, great service, lovely atmosphere. Always have a goodnight and the food is always immaculate. Very good and flexible with people's dietary requirements as well.

Slightly changed their wed 20 pound deal. Used to be 6 tapas and wine...now 4 tapas 2 sides and wine. Still really good but just be aware as we didnt get told until we were about to order

Food good as usual although ordering was a complete mess tonight resulting in food coming after we had finished most of it. The order being a cock up and totally unorganised tonight! Meal deal totally changed once we had chosen from the Usual deal option. Resulting in chaos! Can't blame the staff. We will be back once ww have recovered!

Great service from the guy serving us. Absolutely amazing food! Only criticism was waited too long for them to come back for dessert order we ended up leaving so they didnt get that bit extra from us. Will that stop me coming back? No it wouldnt. I just hope necxt time the service is a little faster :)

First rate dining with good varied menu. The food was superb with great service and the special offer of six tapas dishes and a bottle of wine for £20 excellent value.

The Service was good and the staff pleasant. The food was a good standard and generally good value for money. One slight downfall was the Pork belly which we had 2 bowls of. Each bowl only had 1 piece of pork belly in it. It looked like the kitchen had run out!

We went for the midweek offer, 6 dishes and a bottle of wine for £20. Absolute bargain! The food was lovely and the service was good.
