early evening meal before a show at the charter theatre: restaurant was quiet; service was good with the waitress offering helpful suggestions from the Tapas menu and the food was good quality. Overall a good experience and well worth a visit

We have been to this restaurant on previous occasions and enjoyed it. However, on this occasion we were very disappointed. It was a special occasion. The food was poor, small portions and not very well done. Very little garlic butter on the bread, mushrooms did not taste of Stilton. Just felt that we have had much better tapas! Staff did not deduct the advance payment we had made from our bill until we told them. Just felt the whole experience fell below our expectations. The place was empty when we passed at 9.45pm - I wonder why?

Enjoyed a pre-theatre meal. Chose the sharing platter which was delicious and amazing value. Lovely vibrant ambience in the restaurant, first class waiting on service too. Would recommend highly.

Great service, staff in training was great despite being new. Drinks were lovely. Food came out hot and we enjoyed everything. Will be back again

Food and service ok but the quality of food has gone down since my last visit. The restaurant was quiet even though it was Saturday night.

We had a really great night the food was excellent our server was extremely friendly and polite which made the evening all that better. We did not feel rushed it was very relaxed.

Great food and great value for money with the Wednesday deal. Thanks guys for giving us a great experience. Loved it. Recommend the mushroom pot and chirotzo dish. Yum.

Could of done with some Spanish music to give it more of a astmosphere. The deal was amazing on a Thursday £20 for 6 dishes and a drink

Me and my husband came here for my BIRTHDAY- 28th July. We had lovely meal the food tasted amazing. The new girl Nicole did amazing job very poilte and good at her job .

Great atmosphere in the restaurant with very high quality food. There were 2 of us eating, so we ordered 5 different tapas to share, and the 2for1 cocktails went down a treat! Will 100% be returning.

This was our fourth visit, varying from just the two of us to a party of eight and each visit has been excellent. Each visit has been for a pre-show meal and the service has been prompt giving us plenty of time to get to our seats. We have had Tapas elsewhere and the food here was as good as it gets.

We had the lunchtime menu 3 tapas plus drink. Lovely food, and plenty of it. good service, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend for lunch.

A long wait for everything - from drinks to food arriving even though it was a very quiet night. Customers should not have to try and get the attention of staff (who are on their phones) to order more drinks. We did get a reduction on the bill after complaining twice and were offered a discount on our next visit - this was to be emailed - four days later not heard from them. Food was ok but not great - except the desserts which went down well.

Surprised at the choice, quality and quantity of the servings. Told we could order three selections but found two filling and I am not a small person. Most pleased and will go again. The young couple sitting next to us said they were regular attenders and always most pleased taking advantage of the Wednesday Thursday special. Please with the service as well and will go back again even if not attending the Guild Hall.

This is our third visit (several friends travelling from various counties meet at El Mundo's for lunch every three months) and, as usual, the restaurant was clean and inviting; the food and drink were excellent and the service was attentive (without being intrusive) and professional. It was a great pity that it wasn't as busy as usual.

There was a great atmosphere, the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was very tasty and value for money. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Lovely meal. Plenty of choice on the set pre-theatre package. Service was good too. Most of the quantites were generous too - especially on the chilli beef and patatas bravas.

The food is amazing with so many choices and they took allergies into account. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are friendly. I didn't feel rushed.

Food was great but the service could have done to have been a bit more attentive, not being offered any additional drinks & waiting ages to find someone so we could settle the bill spoilt the evening a little.

Welcome on arrival and service was excellent. Helpful and considerate staff who would answer any question we put to them, food excellent, would recommend this eatery.

My girlfriend and I went for a meal on Saturday evening, there was a nice atmosphere, the staff were friendly and attentive, there was a good choice of dishes on the menu. The food arrived in good time was very fresh and well cooked and very enjoyable. Another nice meal at Mundo!

Lovely restaurant. Clean and inviting. The specials menu is value for money and allows you to have a great choice if dishes for a great price.

Good Tapas with a twist and cooked fresh. Recommended. Staff friendly and helpful with the menu. The duck wrap and the crispy chilli beef are worth a try. We were in early so it was quiet with only a few tables occupied

Lovely food, big portions for tapas though. We ordered too much. There is a good selection of veggie dishes and gluten free options are noted on the main and dessert menus. Very quiet on Tuesday evening and the waiting staff could've been quicker, as there was little else to do. The young man serving dessert was excellent though. This was my second visit and I'll certainly return.

Leave plenty of time if going before a show- can get busy and you may wait in between courses. That said the food is lovely.

Food good. A bit of a mix up at the bar as the beer ran out so was charged at the bar whilst the barrel changed then brought it to table but then it was also added it to the bill! Only remembered at home so probably should've checked bill closer. Apart from that service was good.
