There are starters of grilled mussels with herb or teriyaki butter, oysters from the Scottish Shetlands and Scottish blue shell mussel pots with your choice of sauce (chilli, ginger, cumin and lime or Thai red curry), as well as a dazzling steak menu. All, we assure you, are cooked to perfection and matured for minimum of 38 days and served with all the trimmings, making this Edinburgh restaurant a carnivore and seafood lovers delight.
