About Pappadams

Pappadams restaurant offers Indian food with a heart. Yep, the team at this wonderful Indian restaurant in Reading care deeply about what they’re doing, meaning whatever you order from the impressive menu here will set your mouth watering. You can expect the popular UK curries, sure, but you should also be prepared for a further, somewhat eclectic mix of dishes in the way of prawn olathiyathu, lamb hyderabadi, chicken saagwala and Goan fish curry. Pappadams restaurant sits pretty (and cosy) on Kings Road, right by the river and great spot in Reading for some gourmet Indian dining.

Lovely friendly staff, and the food was delicious. Lamb hyderabadi had a beautiful flavour of mint and meat. The crab curry was good. The "Dragon" is apparently hotter than a Phall, so eat at your own risk ;) Cobra was on tap, and the service quick. Naans were very good!
