Food was mainly delicious with staff being attentive, friendly and helpful throughout. Music was a bit too loud which meant everyone in there was shouting!
The food was delicious, creative and beautifully presented. The service was efficient and friendly. The vibe was cosy, relaxed and welcoming. A really lovely evening.
Delicious and interesting food, friendly staff made this a fun evening out - we would definitely go back though this 25 word minimum limit on the review post is a bit annoying
Great imaginative tapas! This is certainly a cut above other so called tapas restaurants in Brighton. It is small so would advise booking to avoid disappointment
Great location. Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. I would definitely recommend a visit! Remember to ask about the specials.. looking forward to circo reopening too.
Service was really good. Staff are very friendly and informative about the menu. The food was delicious. We ordered two tapas plates each and shared between three of us. If you were very hungry then three tapas plates each would be plenty. The crispy squid was gorgeous, really fresh squid and light crispy batter. I can't give top rating however as the pudding was a little disappointing and when I say little, it was tiny. A lot of money (£6) for three weeny little doughnuts which were slightly undercooked too. Also the acoustics are dreadful, it was really loud. Overall it was a good evening.
Great new addition to Brighton dining scene. Interesting menu generally well priced, beautifully presented , good wine list and excellent service. Definitely a repeat .
Have always enjoyed circo by senor buddha but found pabelon very rushed, overpriced and the lighting needs to be addressed. The positive was our waitress. She was very attentive and always smiling!
One of those places where you don't want to write great reviews because you want to keep it to yourself. Excellent quality ingredients and very attentive staff in a lovely atmosphere - perfect.
Delicious food, excellent service and a really successful opening night! We really enjoyed the octopus and croquettas and everything we ate! Thank you for a great evening.
