Great atmosphere and food. Service could have been smoother but the staff were very pleasant.
Great food, friendly staff and beautiful decor. Had an excellent lunch, will definitely be going again and would recommend it. The best Thai food I have had in London.
Lovely new restaurant with delicious food and very attentive staff. I love all the Patara restaurants, all very tranquil with great service. Will be back for sure!
Very good service (although suffering from the current trend of interrupting your conversation to ask you 3-4 times during your meal if everything is OK, which is excessive and rather annoying), and very nice ambience. But the menu has changed substantially from the extensive one they had for years in their other branches, to a much more limited one - apparently this change has happened in all the branches, according to their website. The quality of the food is still good, but nothing like the amazing, unparalleled one of the past. Still a lovely restaurant, if you've never been before, but for the rest of us quite a disappointment.
The food was wonderful, delicious and presented beautifully. It was a bit on the expensive side for many of the main dishes, but for a special occasion it is very good, We will return there.
Great food, felt authentic Thai. We went for the set menu, which was extremely nice, although I wished the potions were a little bit bigger than they were. Service was ok, but perhaps could have been better.
The food was excellent, spicier and seemed bigger portions than the menu at Maddox Street. Service was attentive and staff were keen to receive feedback in each dish as this is a relatively new branch of the boutique chain.
The restaurant ambience is very stylish & service was excellent. We enjoyed our starters, satay, duck spring rolls and salt & pepper calamari very much, but the main courses didn't quite live up to what preceded them. The beef was a bit on the tough side & the duck very chewy. The wine also needs sorting out, we ordered one bottle & then were told it was out of stock, the next choice was in stock, but after we finished it and asked for another bottle we were told that we'd had the last one, perhaps Christmas had been exceptionally busy!
Absolutely beautiful food, attentive staff and lovey setting. My partner and I enjoyed every minute of it! I have been to Berners street and Maddox street branch both were equally good. I would recommend Patara to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Great quality food, well presented and served. Portion sizes good size. Staff helpful and friendly. Really like the new modern decor of this Patara. Bar area, waiting area is very narrow and difficult to talk with friends in a row.
Lovely restaurant with fantastic decor, service and food. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and the food was delicious - the wagyu beef salad especially!
Excellent good service, nice food(a bit salty) and location. The price was cheap because of the 50% off offer otherwise will be a bit expensive.
very enjoyable evening with good food , nice wine and 50% discount helped . Staff were very polite , friendly and attentive and make the whole experience very pleasant indeed
The food was good and the service upon arriving at the restaurant was ok. The menu differed completely from that online as prices for lobster jumped from £20 to £42! When we were seated a member of staff spoke quite harshly to me regarding the terms and conditions and then never returned to explain what he meant. Nearing the end one person from my party paid by cash and never recieved their change. The same waiter then forced us to pay a service charge of £35 which didn't seem fitting as the service wasn't the best. Never going back. Would avoid going to the Patara Berners Street, I couldn't say anything about the other branches as I haven't been.
Wow what a beautiful restaurant, just love the interior decoration and the food was out of this world. We are planning to go back in ten days time and have already booked a table for four persons. Staff were attentive and friendly especially the Polish manager.
The restaurant was very noisy and the dishes quite expensive. Despite the waitress were very nice, I would not recommend for a romantic diner. It is ok for celebrate a birthday.
