Get a table before they're gone
Food was lovely. Service however was slow and we had to repeatedly ask for water and bread to be brought to the table before it appeared
Wonderfully friendly service and delicious meal though more veggie options would be good
The service was excellent when we arrived and for the first 2 courses but it took a long time before our dessert order was taken and ages before I got the bill. Although this is better than being rushed the las part of the service should have been better
Epping added a seriously fluffy feather to its cap with the opening of stylish Pivaz. A Turkish restaurant serving deliciously authentic, homemade food in cool surroundings, Pivaz has really hit the ground running, dishing out satisfying fare from cockcrow til after nightfall. Pop into their spot right on Epping High Street for a hearty, globally-inspired breakfast of NYC bagel, Spanish omelette or kale and sweet potato rosti with poached eggs and cherry tomatoes. Or keep it Turkish with a tasty breakfast wrap, while if you’re in the mood for homely comforts there are plenty of hearty egg dishes and a classic English breakfast.
Swing by Epping High Street at lunch for a fulfilling grilled halloumi or spinach and feta wrap, or tuck into a tasty vegetarian burger Turkish-style, stuffed with halloumi, roasted aubergine, roasted red pepper and hummus. You can really look forward to a tantalising Turkish feast in the evening, when Pivaz roll out a staggering spread of hot and cold meze, traditional grilled meats, vegetarian mains, seafood options, traditional Turkish casseroles (we vote for the lamb et sote or eggplant ali nazik, sides, salads and desserts.
