With its stylish decor combining Indian traditions with opulent furniture and lavish white table cloths, Prana Indian Restaurant sets the perfect scene for a romantic date or for a special meal with family or friends. Nestled within Cambridge’s vibrant and multicultural Mill Road community, Prana Indian Restaurant draws in curry lovers from all over the city to its Petersfield location with its menu of authentic Indian specialities. We recommend beginning your meal with something from the tandoor, like the nazakat (delicately spiced chicken served on a skewer) or the tandoori king prawn.
Then, move on to a mouthwatering curry such as the lamb halim (lamb cooked in lentils, fried ginger and garlic), the Goan fish curry or the chicken tikka massala. Vegetarians will find no shortage of options at Prana Indian Restaurant either, like the sabzi shashlik (spiced vegetables roasted in the clay oven served with Indian cheese) making it a great place for a big group meal. To guarantee a table at this hotspot in Cambridge’s Petersfield area, booking ahead of time is recommended.
Fantastic meal from this wonderful restaurant. Everything about our experience was excellent. Really enjoyed the meal and the service and attention received. The stuffed calamari was lovely, as well As the garlic nan. The presentation was a curt above most Indian establishments we have been to. Would definitely return and recommend.
