Food and service was amazing as always. Restaurant was perfectly set up for social distancing hand santisers ect and staff all had protected face masks.

The service wasn’t great we were in the very back corner table so this could have been why but we had to ask for the table to be cleared and also ask twice for deserts , I would think twice about coming back

Lovely food and hot too, although staff hovering for you to choose quick from menu and to finish your food and as soon as you put cutlery down they are there to take plates away please let us finish properly before pounding. Very friendly pleasant staff.

We had the Bottomless Prosecco lunch and the food we were served with it was brilliant. The starter is a platter of different food and it was so filling and tasty. The main meal was lovely, very fresh and hardly any waiting time. Staff were lovely and so attentive and helpful. We had an issue with one of the meals and it was dealt with professionally and promptly. It was fab.

Fantastic service and great food ... couldn't have asked for more. Unlimited prosecco was just that and we never once had to ask to me topped up. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent food, good atmosphere and the staff were amazing. We had, I think, an American lady serving our table and the service was top notch. Can’t complain about a thing. Definitely be going back when we visit the NE from Hertford next month.

Fabulous setting within the exposed stone arches under Tyne Bridge. Great food at great price (happy hour until 7pm). Drinks a tad pricey but fair enough! Only short of full marks because quite a delay before staff attended our table to take drink/food order plus one of our party's pizza seemed to have gone awol and arrived well after the other 9 which all arrived splendidly together! But overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great restaurant
