Food quality very good. We had the pre theatre meal, which provided excellent value for money. Fish cakes to start , tender beef for mains and a pudding, which to be fair wasn't quite as good as the other two. However would definitely visit again. Good location too, next to the Brilliant Friends of Ham bar.

The fish dishes were particularly good and the portion size just right. Friendly Service- a bit slow but worth the wait· Would definitely go again.

Friendly staff, good service and lovely food. Lots of choice and particularly enjoyed the ham hock terrine other chutney. Steak Wellington was well cooked and generous portion size. Would definitely go again.

The food was amazing. My sea bream was perfect. My friends ordered smoked haddock risotto and slow cooked beef. No one was disappointed. To finish we all had sticky toffee pudding, which was delicious. We took advantage of the early bird as we were going to a show.

Lovely food and nice waiter. We went on a Sunday so was quiet but it can get busy. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the food. Food was of a high quality and good value on the set price menu .

This a fantastic restaurant, excellent food and friendly and helpful service. We have eaten at Quinta three times now and it firmly on our favourites list. Other than The Box Tree we don't eat anywhere else when in Ilkley

This was the 4th or 5th time we have eaten at Quinta and we were again not disappointed in anything, a warm welcome, efficient and appropriate service and lovely things to eat and drink. My sister in law was particularly impressed that her fish was done to perfection, crispy skin and succulent flesh. We all ate from the early bird menu but there was a also wide choice on the main menu and a choice of lobster specials. It was a Monday night and therefore quiet which was also a benefit as we needed space to talk, but even when busy, Quinta, with its windows at either end does not feel crowded.

Staff were fine, ambience good but one of our meals didn't come up to standard. Wine choice was good. Manager did deduct cost of inferior meal from our bill. My crust of the Beef Wellington was terrible - like soggy uncooked Yorkshire Pudding and didn't seem to have been made from short pastry. Also too much gravy for both main meals.

As usual, a very pleasant meal, but disappointed that the Lobster ravioli, from the Specials menu, was off, even at 7.15pm. The replacement - Lobster tails & asparagus - is not a dish I would choose again.

Rather disappointing, poorly staffed which in turn resulted in less than satisfactory service. Starters were terrible, my king prawns looked like charcoaled shrimps, my wife's starter was just a cold splodge. With regard to mains, my sole was ok, and just ok. My wife did not get what she ordered but did enjoy what she got. All in all our first visit, we will try again and hopefully there will be some improvement

The welcome and service was very good. Our waitress very helpful. The early bird menu had a good range of choice although we were slightly underwhelmed overall by the dishes and there were few vegetables. The dish ordered from the a la carte was as described and was enjoyable. The main difficulty was with the icecream which was ordered from the a la carte. The kitchen admitted that they couldn't get the chocolate one to set and so served it melted.

Good, well presented Mediterranean cuisine. Friendly service. Wine list has something for most palettes. Can become a little noisy when busy. Well worth a visit!

Fantastic food with delicious flavours, choices and presentation. All four of our party were delighted with their meals and gluten free choices were abundant and without compromise. We received a warm welcome and the service was excellent. Already working out when we can return!

Excellent early bird menu choice and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Great friendly service, we will certainly go again and perhaps try the rib eye steak which looked delicious.

A good meal. I had scallops, which were sweet, fresh and delicious, followed by smoked cod in mussel chowder which was good. My wife had hummus which was spicey and delicious, followed by a rib-eye steak served on a hot slate which was also good. With a glass of wine each, two bottles of mineral water, two coffees and a side salad the bill came to £79 which was fair value.

This is a great little restaurant. The food is always excellent and attractively served and the menu changes often enough to keep you interested. The chef comes up with some really good flavour combinations without being weird. The atmosphere relaxed and informal with good service. really good value for money.

An excellent meal -Saturday dinner. My wife started with piri-piri prawns which were very good and I started with scallops which I thoroughly enjoyed. For main course I had roast cod with ratatouille and sautee potatoes and my wife had the rib-eye steak on a granite slab with chips. Both were first class. Desserts were lemon possett for me (delicious) and chocolate fondant, which I didn't get to taste as it had gone in no time. With two glasses of wine, two coffees and two bottles of water the bill came to £94, good value. Service was good.

Very nice meal with two friends from London who were impressed. Being a winter Tuesday we were the only diners which affected the atmosphere but meant we had good attention. Food very good and we all had different things so s tried a good sample of the menu and it all arrived in timely fashion and at the right temperature. Thankyou, we shall be back.

Unfortunately the vegetarian main course we were going to have was unavailable, but one of the other vege. dishes was substituted. Other than that, it was an enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings.

Great food, leisurely but very good service. An Ilkley favorite whenever we are in town. Recent menu changes have added an even broader variety of great dishes.

Lovely atmosphere. Food was really good (including two great vegetarian dishes - what vegetarian turns down a filo pastry main?) and the service excellent. Will definitely be back!

Great food, good service. Really enjoyed the evening. Been there a few times and the sTeaks are always very good. One of the best restaurants in Ilkley. Minor downside, the table wasn't ready, but the communication was good and we weren't inconvenienced. Give it a try.
