In the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City, Rab Ha’s is a bar and restaurant we can’t get enough of. On Hutcheson Street, about halfway between Argyle Street and High Street train stations, the Rab Ha’s space itself is elegant and traditional, yet the food being served inside is internationally-inspired, modern and absolutely fantastic. Main dishes range from Thai curries and gourmet pies to Scottish classics like haggis, neeps and tatties, and absolutely everything is homemade and fresh. Thanks to the quality of the food, Rab Ha’s feels like a gastro pub but there’s not an ounce of pretentiousness anywhere. Reservations are essential.
