Nice atmosphere for Shisha and friendly staff. Just a bit expensive.
Great atmosphere great food great shisha! Superb customer service from the Rakkas team even with a busy crowd
First time I went it was nice, this time it was actually horrible, it was my sisters birthday and we made reservations twice and they still didn’t respect that even though we made it there exactly 7 on the dot like we said we would. They took forever to bring our food, our drinks and our shisha, we had to remind them like 6 times to bring our drinks, the shisha flavour was burnt or something, it was too harsh and unsmokeable, they literally act so ignorant and try avoid eye contact just because they don’t want to serve us. My friend requested they play a particular song for my sisters birthday so many times but every different waiter said different things and none of them played it in the end, overall it was a shit experience and their cocktails don’t even taste nice. Definitely won’t be going back. Spent £200 for the worst service and the food was also incredibly bland. Get new management and new waiters. Improve your service because the quality of Rakkas service has definitely declined. They even had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to sit outside in the terrace while it was raining
Lovely breakfast. But they don’t take reservations during the day so ignore this site for getting a table for that! (Lots of space so you don’t need to anyway!)
