This is the best fish restaurant on the south coast. There is a simple reason why people keep going back to the Regency Restaurant the food is so good. Give it a try you will be glad you did.

simply the best fish restaurant in Brighton. The staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. I had the haddock and chips while my friends had skate wings and cod. Fantastic and such big servings.

Fantastic atmosphere and buzzing restaurant. We had lunch here. My wife and I had the seafood platter which was nothing short of excellent. The freshest seafood we have ever had. Service attentive and fast. We will be coming back when next in Brighton!

Although we booked through Quandoo we had a 15 min wait for a table and seemed to be placed at the same time as walk ins. Didn't matter as food and service was good as it always is, but not sure I would bother making a reservation next time.

This has to be the best, freshest and well cooked fish I have ever had. I would recommend booking as it can get very busy. I will be returning very soon.

Lively, great food and very reasonable prices. I love eating there. It does get very busy and occasionally the service suffers a little but overall a great place to eat.

Food, service and location all excellent. We had lunch of fish and chips and came back for dinner and the waiters kindly let us in even though they were turning the OPEN sign to CLOSED.

A very busy Saturday lunchtime, but the staff were very friendly, accommodating and efficient - we were a party of 8, including a 3 year old who they really looked after. We couldn't have asked for more. The food was delicious too and never disappoints.

the restaurant located opposites to the sea. It is great to eat the wonderful food and admire the view. Besides, the seafood there is aweosome.

Welcome at door was very abrupt but once seated service was fast (despite the place being full) and food was excellent. Excellent value too. Would definitely return.

Choice of food and wine good. Restaurant very busy. Table crammed in a bit and despite cool weather and window open it was very hot inside. Staff very helpful.

My wife and I brought two visitors to Brighton, who had asked for a traditional fish and chips lunch. We had made a reservation and, on arrival, were shown to a great table by the front window and welcomed warmly to the restaurant. The staff are friendly and approachable and, most importantly, the quality and choice of food was of an extremely high standard. The portions were enormous and represented fantastic value for money. Well done and many thanks to all for a memorable meal.

We went Sunday lunchtime, was very busy as you would expect, the food was fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful. There were 10 of us ranging from 2 years to 81 years of age and everyone had a great time.
