The ideas are excellent, less impressed with the execution. Caramelised apples were crunchy. Vegetables were almost soggy. Flavours of the pork good if a little understated.

Staff were attentive, food amazing and we didn’t feel rushed. Plus when we arrived we told them we were going to the theatre so they made sure our food arrived promptly so we made it to the theatre on time. Amazing experience we will definitely be back.

An enjoyable culinary experience. Contemporary premises, perhaps a tad lacking in Italian ambience, but with a good choice of fine fare. Service was friendly and efficient and all round fair value. We shall certainly return.

My starter was quite good. My main course was a special, strips ot fillet beef in a very nice sauce, but the beef could have been more tender. It came with rice and vegetables, the rice was good, but the vegetables were a very poor show. At a time of year when there is an abundance of fresh English produce, I was served cauliflower, carrots and green beans, which were either tinned or had been kept warm for too long, and probably foreign. Very unimaginative, all just boiled.

We took 2 friends with us who were visiting us. We all enjoyed our meal very much. Service was great and the restaurant was quite full, which is always a good sign.
