I made a booking a day before and went there and the seats weren’t ready. One of the waiters wasn’t friendly at all. But in general food was tasty and other staff was nice.

The lounge/ restaurant is much more smaller in comparison to what it is on Instagram. I found it very deceiving. Quality of the food was really good along with staff service and ambience.

A very aesthetically pleasing looking place however, it was incredibly overcrowded, service was poor in places (I asked for a bottle of water 4 times before it was actually given to me) and shisha was below par. The Persian chicken is great, as are the red velvet cake and coffee & walnut cheesecake.

I arrived early, my chosen table needed cleaning, service was poor, had to request menu after waiting 10 minutes, no real interest was shown. Would not return.

Staff uninterested to serve. Food was extremely dry. We ordered shisha and it was just left there as if the staff were doing us a favour by serving us.

Good cocktails, good food and quite good shisha. However the waiter sat us quite far on the outside seating area near the rain where the place was quite empty. A bit expensive but nice atmosphere and new.

Had high expectations for Rozay. When we arrived the menus were filthy, the fabric chairs out side were also filthy. Also don’t understand how a restaurant could run out of salmon at 1 in the day. Very unorganised!

Even though I booked they told me they didn’t have a table so we had to wait so long that eventually we ended up leaving
