My first visit to this estery. IHad the chicken tikka massala. The sauce looked And tasted like it had been cooked in heinz tomato soup!. Maybe the chef was hving a night off?. As i dont live local, i dont think i will be eating here again.
Very fast service, attentive waiter and delicious food for a very good price! Sunday lunch offer was very good value. They had no ice cream but substituted with a traditional dessert gulab jamon
Very pleasant, cheerful service, the food was delicious, we did not have to wait long for it, and the restaurant was smart. It got a little noisy, but that didn't spoil our experience.
The food is Amazing! The service was extremely fast! All the staff at the restaurant where Really friendly and made sure there was no issues
The food was good and not greasy. The staff were very attentive and professional. The environment is clean and modern. Overall a pleasant evening out.
Food was great, service good. Only down side for me was not a lot of room as tables are very close to one another. I kept being knocked by people walking past or from the table behind. Wouldn't stop me going again though
Outstanding Delicious Spicy Meal. Special thanks to the Masterchef, Aarron, Karl and Wasqas who were respectful and charming and made me Queen for the night.
The food here is just gorgeous, with staff who gave a friendly helpful service, and there was a great busy atmosphere when we visited. Would highly recommend it.
Great service and friendly staff. The food is very good and is different from the usual Indian menu. A large choice of vegetarian options, and the ones we tried were excellent.
The Staff were Friendly and obliging I took my daughters for a get together and we all enjoyed every mouthful of the food in a relaxing atmosphere
Lovely food and service but goven meat platter starter when we asked for veggie and were told no oli in main courses but mine had a lot. Admittedly they reduced the bill and were apologetic Lovely food though
Absolutely brilliant, the food is very good and competitive pricing. Very clean with friendly staff. My advice is go and try it, you won't be disappointed
The place is really nice, welcome was good - it was quiet as it was a Tuesday at 5.30pm. I'd taken a client out for dinner as I've had takeaways from here previously which were great and the food didn't disappoint - it really is fantastic. My only criticism was that the customer scorecard they brought over for us to complete was already ticked in all the "excellent" boxes!!! When we queried it we were told we could add our personal details if we wanted but the ratings were pre-completed. This goes against the spirit of honest customer feedback so we chose not to. It's a shame as we'd have given them a great review!!
Love Sai surbhi, we used to visit often but since moving we visit less frequentely. Good food and the staff make us feel very welome.
Very good experience. Food good and at a competitive price. Easy to get to and we found the ambience to be friendly. Staff looked after us.
Very nice food, quick service. Staff are very helpful. Food was value for money, good sized portions. No waiting around and a very good atmosphere
Dined at sai surbai with a group of friends. The food was great, staff were very attentive, despite it being a busy friday night, and the atmosphere was very warm. Will definately be going back.
Avery good range of authentic food excellently prepared and served in a relaxed atmosphere. Great service, attentive but not intrusiveand all at a reasonable price.
Excellent meal. We were a party of 9 including a 4 year old and a tiny baby. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful- great service. Lovely atmosphere. We have been many times and will continue to visit.
I would have no hesitation in returning to this resturaunt. The food was very tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Top marks
Booked in for New Years Eve 2017,Really enjoyed the meal, great atmosphere and really friendly staff, would go again and for New years Eve again.
Great tasting food with a different selection from other Indian restaurants. Our visit was between Christmas and New Year and it was busy, but we felt very welcome, with friendly, helpful service. I will go back.
Great restaurant! Our favourite Indian one at the moment. Lovely service, really kind and very family friendly, food is amazing. Highly recommended, will com back in the future,
The food was amazing, with good portion sizes but the service was a little slow and there wasn't much of an atmosphere. The price was reasonable too.
Fanstastic food and hospitality. Everything made from scratch. Very tasty and not oily which we see in other places. Value for money. Will recommend friends.
My friend and I had a lovely meal, the staff were friendly and attentive and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. I would recommend!
Food and service was great, shame about the parking situation though. When we got there their car park was full but not customers? Suspect that the staff use the car park, rather than allowing customers to use it. There is a big car park next door that charges £3 before 8pm and only takes new £1 coins, however there is car parking across the road that is free.
Good atmosphere and menu choice. Value is ok but drinks seemed expensive. Food was very good but one meal was spoiled - Saag mushrooms - as it was too hot (compared to Saag chicken), even with yoghurt added. Service wasn't great with staff not knowing what the dish was and who had ordered it. Overall would go again and would recommend. Enjoy.
Good food which seemed a bit spicier than normal maybe so be cautious about choice of dish if you don't like this; we had excellent service which made the evening very enjoyable.
Excellent food and service as always. A great atmosphere . From the welcome you receive at reception to service and friendly staff will go again.
Excellent food exceptional service would highly. Recommend this restaurant. The staff couldn't do enough for us but we're not overbearing. You felt genuinely welcome here. The food was outstanding amd wine selection small but well chosen.
excellent food and service very interesting food menu and drinks choice only a minor let down on parking as there is restricted spaces at the restaurant but was informed that further parking is available close by
Absolutely wonderful. Exquisite authentic dishes so much better in every way than most run-of-the-mill Indian restaurants. Lovely congenial staff and a great atmosphere. It's also very reasonable too.
Absolutely fabulous, the staff are great the food is amazing,we had the mixed starter for two, the restaurant is great with a good atmosphere, we have been a number of times to this restaurant over the years but this is the best.
Fabulous and delicious. Amazing staff. Lovely atmosphere. Very happy with my experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, Everything was tasty. And the price was definitely worth it. £30 fed 2 people. :)
Good fresh food generous portions fair prices clean establishment good service what's not to like.Quiet when I dined but it's a big place that would take some filling
10/10.Top quality food.Never disappointed when we have had a meal here.friendly staff who can't do enough for you.will be back again soon..one of the best Indian restaurants in Preston.
Excellent food, freshly prepared. Helpful, attentive service without being "in your face". Good portion sizes and reasonable prices. £60 for two starters, two mains and two (large) alcoholic drinks apiece. We'll be back!
Food was good. Price was nominal. Ambience and service is excellent. The only annoying thing is the eating place is quite congested, and once the hall is fully crowded, it is too noisy.
Starter was amazing, we had the vegetarian to share for two, tried things never had before, fantastic! Rose lemonade was really refreshing - never heard of it before, albeit a bit pricey for a small bottle £3! The meat for Lamb Rogan Josh was beautifully tender with very little fat, however although this is a tomato based dish we did feel it was missing a bit of aromatic spices and heat which we have experienced before from other restaurants. A new dish we'd not tried was Kadai, very nice but chilli heat didn't seem uniform throughout dish, sharing with my wife I got quite mild flavours then she would very hot, didn't seem the dish was uniformly mixed. The restaurant itself was roomy so unsure why we and other guests all had to be seated near the windows where there were columns sticking out of the wall making it difficult to move your arm when eating. Not many folk in on a Tuesday night so not much of an atmosphere and don't recall any authentic music playing which we always like to set the atmosphere. Service was very good, very friendly staff and thankfully reflective of the Indian culture. Would we return? Maybe but there are other Indian restaurants in our town for us yet to explore.
