Santini Tapas & Bar is light and airy and decorated in such a way that makes you feel as though you’re right by the Mediterranean Sea. In fact, it’s a true taste of the Mediterranean right in Nottingham’s Ravenshead, meaning the menu contains an extensive list of exciting little tapas, freshly baked pizzas and kebabs straight from the grill. On Nottingham Road, Santini opens its doors early for breakfast and keeps them open until 11, so whether just for a drink at the well-stock bar or a fill of any size, a reservation is absolutely worth it.
Nice atmosphere and environment to dine in. The service was fantastic, great range of food and all our meals were exceptional. We will definitely bring friends and family there again very soon.
Beautiful food in a great Restaurant and nothing was to much for the friendly staff even on a busy valentines night, would highly recommend and will be definitely visiting again shortly.
The place itself is so bright and welcoming. All the staff smile and are very helpful. The range of choices on the menu is excellent. The quality of the food is wonderful.
Great food and atmosphere. We had the tapas menu and it was very nice. 2 for 1 on Cocktails at certain times too. Will definitely be going back
Lovely atmosphere with nice modern decor, and delicious food!! There were lots of large group bookings this evening which meant it was rather noisy, and the service fairly slow when we first arrived. In fact my husband was ready to leave until a lovely lady came over to take our order. The evening took a massive turn for the better after this, with attentive service and no more waiting. We ordered tapas, of which ALL of the dishes were delicious! Gambas Pil Pil came in a VERY tasty sauce (the dish was mopped dry with bread!). The cheese platter had a nice variety and even the blue (which I normally detest) was creamy and rather tasty. The Andalucian pork was tender with a delicious sweet sauce but the calamari were definitely my favourite and possibly the best we’ve had in Notts! Dessert included Affogato (ice cream, espresso & Amaretti!!) and a very individual tiramisu with a classic taste. We will definitely be visiting again!!
We enjoyed our evening and the food was very tasty if somewhat pricey. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however service was very slow. We will definitely eat there again and were informed that there will be a main course menu very soon in addition to Tapas. There has obviously been a lot spent on decor and the ambience was very good. Overall an enjoyable dining experience.
Great food and cocktail happy hour and the staff are friendly, however, what let's this place down is the service. There are not enough waiters to take you drinks orders which meant practically everyone in the restaurant was getting up and down to the bar which caused chaos and food going cold at the table.....it's a big restaurant! Watch your drinks bill, they got ours massively incorrect on 3 visits to the bar, £25 for a pint and gin cocktail! The bar manager did apologise when it was pointed out and offered us a complimentary drink. Still a lot of teething problems 6 months after opening!
Excellent night out, The food and service was very good. We had a mixed group of adults and children and all were catered for very well. We had 2 people with allergies in the party ( nut & dairy) and the chefs were very good and adapted the menu to suit their needs.
Excellent night out with great service and atmosphere. Even though Santini is Tapas bar, the amount of food that you get on your order would suggest that this is more of a restaurant than a bistro, and the prices are very low. Highly recommended.
This was my first visit and I am not a lover of Tapas, however I had a main meal and I have to say everything was excellent. The whole atmosphere is very good. I shall most certainly go again.
