Unpleasant in every respect. Pretence at being an elegant restaurant - opening napkins etc. Food was awful. Total failure to spice properly, most dishes sickly sweet. Pretty poor when only the rice was tasty!

It was a pleasure to visit this is small, unpretentious, privately owned restaurant, serving an excellent choice of dishes, many not on the usual Indian restaurant circuit. The starters were particularly good and service was attentive and polite. The house wine by the glass was smooth, with intense colour, integrated dark red fruits, with sufficient power to match the curry's, and remarkably good value. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful, fragrant, subtle, tasty Indian food for surprisingly great prices. The staff are always really nice without being intrusive. Well worth seeking this place out!
