SKAUS is a very unique dining success story. It began in early 2017 with the aim of providing Liverpool with Nordic-inspired food made with seasonal, British produce. After collaborations and restaurant pop ups all over Liverpool and some in Manchester, SKAUS now begins a residency collaboration with Dockleaf, Cains Brewery Village and it’s exactly that which you can reserve a table for here. Serving brunch and dinner, the focus of SKAUS Liverpool will still be Nordic-inspired seasonal food done with proper British ingredients and you’ll find the new space in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle on Stanhope Street. The food was absolutely beautiful and the location was stunning. We had a wonderful time sat out on the roof top terrace with a nice cocktail and delicious food. Would definitely go again.
