The food is always amazing and the staff always seem happy and go out of there way to help you. We had a little one with us and even stood taking our order the guy was interacting with Austin :) starting to become my favourite place ... twice in two weeks already haha!!

I have been coming here for a couple of months now. However this was the first time I have been disgraced by customer service in my entire life. I may sound overly dramatic but after a rubbish week my partner and I decided to come here to try and pick ourselves back up. I originally booked the table for 8pm however the booking email afterwards confirmed 8:15. That’s fine however not everyone checks their emails. Anyway we arrive at 8pm just incase, it wasn’t until roughly 8:30 we were stood around waiting for a table. Another half an hour goes by after being sat and told someone would collect our order after ten minutes. All in all their was between three to four tables empty when we first walked in. Staff members LOOKED (being the key word here) like they were taking their time, a few staff members standing around talking. Nobody came to apologise after an hour of being there. A simple “excuse me for 5 minutes, I apologise for the wait however I will be with you shortly” I worked in customer service and hospitality. A simple acknowledgement would have gone a long way. My partner decided enough was enough and to leave. At this stage it was 9pm and we still hadn’t eaten, a staff member came and said “sorry” however my partner decided to get up and leave as he didn’t want to wait any more time for food to arrive. I complained about this and had some gift vouchers as an apology. But now myself and my partner don’t even want to go back. For us getting customer service wrong by the majority of staff, is enough for us not to go back. The (I assume manager) said “I apologise about this, however you have been coming here a while and this is the first time you have seen us this busy” while that isn’t exactly true. I have seen this place busy before. But we have not been ignored by staff before, maybe if theirs a wait to say at the door that orders are a bit backed up. Also to charge people for a “big blue” for it to be the same cans of bubblegum pop you can get in the chip shop, is a tad rubbish. If it was busier I would understand. But their was a few tables free. We stared at them. If this was for people who booked at an earlier time, the reservations should have been released: they obviously double booked the venue, so why would people book if you still have to wait? We ended up going elsewhere in Shrewsbury as it was 9pm and had not of eaten from lunch time on the premise of coming here. Especially as I had concussion in the week and it physically hurt to stand up. All in all even with the £20 voucher we won’t be back. I’m probably going to be hated. But save your money and time

Food was excellent, staff very friendly, only issue we had was that we had to wait so long to be served etc... when you have small children they can get irritable. We had main and dessert and were there for over 3 hours which is quite long.

Didnt enjoy the food taste and service was slow. Disappointed.

Brilliant food. Good service. Only thing is I asked for coke and they said only Pepsi but apart from that really happy with experience will be returning.

Lovely place, was our first visit.. food was amazing.. staff were lovely, they were busy so waiting times were long but received a free round of drinks as an apology! 5* would definitely recommend!

Had to wait 35min before we got to order drinks. We was booked in for 8pm but at 8.45pm we was told it will be another 15 min before they can take our meal order. When food did turn up half was missing and we was told some food is not ready yet so we will bring out on another plate. Staff was very polite

Amazing food and fantastic staff. The staff were very attentive and were willing to help at any time. Food was great, huge portions and tasted gummy 😊😊😊

I love this place, I love the food, the staff are always quick and on their toes. I don’t know who came up with the idea to have marshmallows on a burger but honestly? It’s delightful! Only down thing is the seats aren’t comfy. Not a major to put me off but it does hurt ones rear end!

We were disappointed. We've wanted to go for a long time but we found it very overpriced, the service wasn't great and the food wasn't great.

Really good food although 1 starter was forgotten but was rectified within 5 mins, we all enjoyed our main meals. Atmosphere was good too quite busy for a Thursday too.

Lovely food was just expecting a little more choice on the menu. Great staff and fab setting. Would recommend and definitely would come back again.

Really good quality food and excellent customer service, we also took our baby boy in with us and they helped accommodate us feeding him also.

First time eating here ..came with friends ..very impressed ..food was fab ..only actually saw four staff on serving drinks and waiting on ..but the service was great and we didnt have to wait long . Definately go back

Me and my boyfriend went to the smoke stop 30.01.2019 when we got there the staff were very polite and welcoming. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I chose the chicken burger, although was OK, I felt it was a tad spicy.. Not any warning on the menu that it was spicy so for me it made it uncomfortable to eat.. The service was good and my partner enjoyed his burger.. Would come again but for me I will avoid the chicken burger in future.

Great food, great atmosphere an a great service from friendly helpful staff. We went with a really fussy eater and they went out of their way to make sure she was accommodated. Thank you

Friendly fast service and great food. Lovely atmosphere. Saw we had children and made sure we had everything we needed and plenty of room to sit with a highchair
