very friendly staff very quick service food was lovely the only complaint is the music was very loud but it was a quiet time when we were there will be returning next time im in the area
My friend and myself had dinner in Solo's on Fri 19.01.2017. The food was fantastic, cocktails were lovely and the service provided by the waiter, Daniel, was outstanding! He really is a credit to Solo's! All in all a great night!
Great food, great atmosphere. Staff friendly. Live music was great too.
Excellent customer service, waiter very attentive and food was beautiful. I was dining with 3 other people and we all had a fantastic meal and hope to return soon. Food was very fresh and made to our preference. Lovely ambience. Hidden gem
We had a fantastic experience at Solo. The setting was very clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us happy. Despite some of us ordering from their Indian menu and some from the A La Carte, the waiter went out of his way to cater for the more plain eaters in the grounp, offering chicken and chips from the lunchtime menu. A fantastic experience. We'll definitely be returning.
Great food but service left a lot to be desired waitress didn't know menu didn't know what a sauce was asked for naan bread didn't bother to tell us they hadn't got any asked for one shot cappuccino got macchiato to slow to serve the 4 of us together so my course going cold by the time all 4 got served. On the positive side nice decor well priced tasty food need to train staff better.
visited solo on busy Thursday night but staff were great and very friendly . The food was delicious 4 of us all had different choices and each was lovely . I have been a few times and food and service has always been great. Would def reccommend Solo.
Delicious food served by friendly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Extensive menu so plenty of choice for all tastes. Great atmosphere. Will definately be back for more. Thank you!
The waiters and waitresses were amazing! Menu was a shamble!! I only booked this restaurant for my birthday because of the menu which changed before my arrival and I hated everything on the menu. I felt sorry for the staff as they has to apologise for this inconvenience as everything I asked for, you didn't have, even gravy!! I am never going back!! I saw multiple families and couples walk in and leave again within seconds due to the disappointment in the menu! For a restaurant based in the city centre to be DEAD on a Saturday night was the first sign is wasnt going to be a great experience. The food portions where stingy and embarrassing for the fact I paid £5/6 for a few slices of white bread that was at least 1 week old and attempted to be toasted to be brought back to life (I would know as I own a bakery) with a small portion of spreads.
The food was lovely, the service needs a little work, but overall its a very good restaurant. Nice surroundings, warm and cosy. We had a Groupon but our servings were still a good size, we were stuffed
