Great shisha, excellent food and superlative service are what makes Souk Bazaar one of Covent Garden’s most popular dining locations and party venues. Great little restaurant that wouldn't be easy to stumble across unless you knew it was there. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. I would certainly recommend it.
Wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly service - including a server who patiently answered all our questions. And the food was spectacular - their tagines are highly recommended!
Great experience and really enjoys Moroccan lamb. Nice atmosphere and belly dancing at the end. Interior is very middle eastern and they even served food in traditional plates
Very nice and cosy and atmosphere. Lovely staff as well. We ordered one of the tasting menus and the food was really quite good, apart from the dessert (baklava) which wasn't the best but still decent. Recommended.
The atmosphere at Souk bazaar is warm and welcoming and once in their downstairs restaurant area I felt as if I could have been on holiday. The waiting staff were attentive but not overly and the service was prompt. We had one of the set menu options which included starter, main and dessert and tea for £24.95 per person. The food was cooked well and tasted lovely and the portion sizes were just right. Souk accepts taste card all week! Which I wish I had realised with a 2-4-1 food offer.
Lovely chilled out experience. Food was tasty, atmosphere very authentic Moroccan and service very attentive. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of London for a few hours!
Great food cooked to perfection, great service and an authentic, relaxed evening. Rising back out of the basement restaurant on to the streets of London was a strange, surreal experience!
Very average food which mostly didn't taste very fresh. It seemed like some of it had been warmed up in the microwave. It certainly didn't reflect the high cost. The restaurant itself is run down and not particularly clean. The only reason I didn't give it one star was the service which was good overall. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. It's a shame the food and restaurant didn't reflect the good service.
Food was good but they didnt have much in so our orders had to be changed twice. Host was lovely and apologetic and gave us cocktails for the pricing of a coke.
It was delicious food, and we were served in the comfortable basement. Having booked ahead, it was unusual to find that our arrival seemed to come as a surprise to the staff.
