About Spice Fusion - Biggin Hill
More about the restaurant: Spice Fusion - Biggin Hill
Biggin Hill is famous for dropping bombs (in the warfare sense of the phrase) already, but with Spice Fusion on the town’s compact but satisfying dining scene there’s a restaurant up for reservation and an experience that’s set to stun. Spice Fusion has a twin over in Shirley, but here on Biggin Hill’s Main Road the setting is slightly more informal – perfect for a relaxed and intimate dinner date or gathering of friends and family. Classic curries and tandoori dishes are of course on the cards, but we love that Spice Fusion have placed an emphasis on vegetarian (shobzi) main courses and seafood (samondar ka machli). Unmissable are the chef’s ultimate recommendation, his 12-hour slow-cooked lamb shank ‘Fusion Special’, and the award-winning three-course kurzi lamb banquet (please book at least 24 hours in advance for this one).
