Great food with very friendly staff Service was good and meal gave you value for money Menu was quite varied with extra value offers during early evening
Had a lovely meal at this authentic restaurant, with my daughter, we had chicken pad Thai and chicken green curry with sticky rice. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning with my partner soon
Great food, great staff and great value! The steamed sea bass was just amazing. Spicy and full of flavour, perfect for sharing between 2 chili lovers.
Food was excellent especially the sea bass and the thai fishcakes. We waited a little longer for food because of a larger group who were served before us but the food was worth the wait. Great friendly service too!
Our first visit to Spice Thai with four friends. Great place for street food ambience. Lovely freshly cooked food. Drinks rather pricey otherwise I would have given Spice Thai full marks!
Quickly sat down while we waited for our other friend to arrive. Very attentive staff, took drinks straight away and offered prawn crackers to nibble. Gave sound recommendations on alternative meal choices. Decor is just great, really traditional fun and vibrant, loved that it isn’t like a standard boring modern chain Thai restaurant, the kitchen and bar is open so could see everything being prepared. Really great food and atmosphere would definitely return!!
This is different. You could think you were in Thailand....its upstairs in a back street, done out in traditional style, and the food is excellent. Had the fish cakes, temura, chicken massaman curry and belly prk and greens with chilli, They also do Thai style iced milky tea made with condensed milk. Try it. Its cheap too - all that including drinks for 2 cost 40 quid
We went to Thai Spice for my partners birthday. Found the service to be friendly and the atmosphere and decor to be nice and authentic. The food itself was delicious. Would highly recommend the veg massaman curry! I can see myself going here again in the future.
Lovely relaxed little restaurant with a funky vibe. The tuk tuk is a great addition and we were lucky to be seated in it. Food was excellent ; the nicest pad thai ive ever eaten. On the whole i would really recommend spice thai and will definitely return.
While the outward might not be the most appealing, the inside is pretty sweet. However, it would have been great if the toilets had been a bit cleaner and the table not so sticky. The food was plenty and really good and the service was also nice and really helpful. It has certainly been a nice evening for us!
