In Edinburgh, we’re lucky to have a range of culinary options at our doorstep but there are times when all we crave for is humble, original Scottish food. Stac Polly’s Dublin Street Brasserie, located in a stone cellar where Dublin Street and Albany Street intersect, promises a cosy dining experience in the heart of the New Town. With mains like slow cooked lamb shank and stuffed Border’s pheasant breast, you’ll know you’re at the right place when you see the incredible range of Scottish beers and single malt whiskys on offer. Come on down to Stac Polly for a wholesome meal with your loved ones, but don’t forget to book a table in advance.
Very nice atmosphere, nice staf and very good food! The Scottish kitchen in ‘haute cuisine’. A place to visit again, we’ll certainly gonna do it!
Warm, welcoming ambience with excellent food, wine and service. One of our favourite restaurants in Edinburgh. We always take our visitors and we celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary here with a private dinner.
Excellent Food - well presented - very friendly service - great choice of wine ... a perfect evening in a interesting surrounding - we will come back again
