Steak & Company - Leicester Square

We celebrated my husbands birthday and we were well taken care of by our table hosts. The food was delicious. I really recommend this restaurant.

Food was top notch, however service was dire. Booked a table for 7.15pm, got there in plenty of time to be told we need to go to bar to wait for table, could be another 45 minutes!?!? It was unorganised chaos, with customers shouting at staff due to delays in being seated, leaving the building in disgust and not having a clue what's going on. Such a shame, as the food was great.

Had to wait 45 minutes for our table which was booked for 7.30 pm We arrived at 7.20 pm but was told we were too early. The queue was out the door then when you finally arrived inside you were then told to wait by the bar. We finally got a table at 8.20 pm. The food and service was all rushed because they wanted your table for the next booking. First and last time of visiting this restaurant.

Had to wait a long time even though we booked, ordered chips with all meals but was forgotten and finally was rushed off the table.. if this was my first trip to steak and co I would never come back! Thankfully the Covent Garden restaurant is far better!

Booked a table, arrived and told to wait a few minutes which isn’t a problem, but what was a problem was then being told to wait in a queue for the bar, which was then another 30 minute wait for a table. Don’t book here, it actually means nothing and you will just wait outside for a table. We ended up leaving and had a great meal elsewhere.

I am a Korea travel guide. I made a reservation for the guests. The staff warmly welcomed us when we arrived. One female employee, in particular, spoke greetings using Korean. : ) I did not have a meal together, but the guests were very satisfied with the meal. I plan to recommend this restaurant to my guests next time.

Fast service but it was quite a cramped area where we was placed.

Very busy so worth booking in advance. Food and service was amazing!!! Due to amount of people waiting for tables it did feel a little rushed once you had finished your meal. But definitely recommend

I was at first a little disappointed to be seated outside. However the server made up for that with her care and attention plus I think the noise level inside the restaurant would have been too loud

Unusual concept, to cook (or at least finish cooking) your own food. Very helpful staff that advised on the best way to get the most out of the experience. We will be recommending this restaurant to our friends!

Super steak...of course. We didn't bother with the sauce as it wasn't needed by either of us as we didn't want to mask the flavour of the meat.

Our waitress Katie was very attentive and couldn't have done any more for us during our evening. Thank you Katie.

This is our 3rd visit and everytime you do Not dissapoint. We can here for our 1st anniversary and you made it so special for us and tonight we are back again for our anniversary again and nothing is ever to much trouble and the food is just the icing on the cake.
