Great food nice ambiance very attentive perfect for a special occasion intimate surroundings and great food and wine can’t fault it stefanos is the best place around

An excellent meal in a cosy and intimate environment with friendly and attentive staff. The advice given was very helpful for our 50th wedding anniversary meal.

Nice restaurant, food was very good and so was the service . Can be a little pricey . The only negative was that it seemed to lack atmosphere , place was quiet , only 3 tables in and no background music on . As we were the only table left at 9.30pm we felt we better leave . My suggestion would be to provide a decent pre theatre menu like the local competitors do .

Had a very nice meal although we had to ask for the early evening menu. Waiter was very attentive especially as he was on his own and restaurant was busy. Certainly would return

Nice welcome. All three hose from the lunch pasta menu & all three enjoyed what they had. Tasty,genuine cooking. Garlic bread very good - not a huge amount but adequate. Coffee god as were the mini meringues & tablet. Will be back to try something different.

Excellent food, attentive and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend this establishment. Scampi Provençal thoroughly recommended. Good choice of wines available as well as beers and soft drinks.

The food was excellent and different from the usual Italian restaurants .The mushrooms basket was to die for.The staff were very attentive which enhanced the experience!!

Top-class cuisine. Loved the onion rings and zucchine fitte (fried courgette). Excellent T-bone steak. Lovely chianti riserva. The chef himself is an old-school courteous and charming delight, visiting each table to gently inquire into our enjoyment of our meal. Mille grazie, Stefano!

Always a great place to have an intimate meal. Great menu and superbly cooked traditional Italian food. Good selection of wines too. Always a wonderful experience a and highly recommended.

We attended in order to celebrate a birthday. Upon staff finding this out, we were moved to a booth. The food was simply fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend the restaurant. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to return.

Great food, good service. Lot of options.l with local produce. Some good specials. Staff really make sure all is ok and seem to care about the food and wine beong served.

The food was marvellous but the waiters interrupted us about 6 times just as we were in conversation. We felt like they couldn't get rid of us quick enough. It's most annoying to be constantly asked if you're okay. When customers have had their meal they should be allowed to enjoy it.

Excellent Italian fine dining, with attentive courteous service. The T-bone steak was succulent, and the zucchini fritte and the onion rings were finely sliced and cooked to perfection - with no trace of lingering oil or grease. The starter - ravioli stuffed with scallops and prawns - was an ideal appetiser.

The food was delicious and piping hot when it arrived at the table. There is a good choice on the menu and something to suit everyone. The service was friendly , although we did have to wait a little for our dessert and then the bill. Overall happy with it.

Really enjoyed our meal at Stefano's. We opted for the meal for 2 deal and thought it great value. Will be back to try the a la carte menu.

It was our Wedding Anniversary and our first visit. The food was fantastic, very good service and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed meal very much. Had selection of dishes including pasta, mussels and veal. All delicious and service quick and helpful. Would go again. Very enjoyable.
