LAMB GIOUVETSI

MOUSSAKAS
Layers of fried aubergines, sliced potatoes, delicately spiced minced beef and rich béchamel sauce on top. A combination that makes this dish irresistible and worth trying. Served with fresh salad.
YEMISTA
Stuffed Peppers with rice and herbs baked in the oven. Served with fresh salad and yoghurt dip

BAKLAVAS
Baklavas is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo, filled with chopped walnuts and held together with honey syrup. Served with a scoop of ice cream.
BOUGATSA
Bougatsa is a pastry, consisting with semolina custard and served with crystal sugar and cinnamon on the top. Perfect choice for dessert or even for breakfast

Eight years later, another Steki restaurant opened in Brighton, but this one on Portsmouth’s Osbourne Road still continues to serve time-honoured Greek dishes made from recipes and ingredients that the Steki team, and indeed the Portsmouth locals, swear by.
