Tap & Spile is the perfect spot to come and stay a while, as visitors are welcome to stay for some pints until the wee morning hours.
Can not fault the food or the service excellent value for money when you consider that this place is by the canals in birmingham city centre.
Had a fabulous pre-theatre meal here last night. Pub was very busy - typical of a Sat night in Birmingham. Nevertheless felt cosy rather than claustrophobic. Staff were all attentive & very friendly which infected the customers too resulting in a great atmosphere. Food was served hot, well presented and well enjoyed. My steak was cooked to perfection. All in all thoroughly enjoyed and our new go-to place in Birmingham.
We had a great meal with lovely quiet surroundings. Good service and a pleasant waitress. Lovely view over the canal Proper chips! Would go again!
