TapaVi Perth is a gorgeous little spot for tapas, Spanish grill, cocktails and wine. You’ll find TapaVi Perth on South St Johns Place and despite being a Spanish restaurant it’s very proud to champion the highest quality local produce available in this part of Scotland. As is the way with tapas restaurants, TapaVi Perth is ideal whether you’re only a little bit peckish or absolutely starving, but regardless of how much food you eat we’re quite sure the wine, the vibe and of course good company will leave you very content indeed. Not too far from Perth train station and with an extensive main menu as well as changing weekly specials, TapaVi tapas restaurant is one of our favourites. Oh, and they also have the largest selection of wine in Perth that come all served by the glass… some food for thought, perhaps. It’s popular, mind, so do reserve a table in advance.

The food at TapaVi Perth is excellent. Really, you’ll not find too much Spanish cuisine in Perth or around South St Johns Place that’s better. We can’t get enough of it and it turns out the locals agree. As such, the tapas at TapaVi Perth are very popular indeed. One of our favourite things to do is order up several tapas dishes to share, a bottle (or two) of wine from that extensive list we mentioned earlier, and then follow by a succulent rump steak. Sounds perfect, don’t you think? Absolutely everything on the TapaVi Perth menu is made with love and there’s an abundance of choice for the vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free folk among you too.
A few little plates we’d recommend at TapaVi tapas restaurant include the Spanish black pudding with red onion jam and the ridiculously tender beef and veal meatballs served with a herb tomato sauce. Oh, and the mushrooms stuffed with shallots, garlic and sun blush tomatoes are a treat as well. Authentic paella for two is also available, as well as the fresh daily catch and an always exciting specials board. Unusually for a Spanish restaurant, TapaVi Perth then offers a range of burgers that range from venison and wild boar to portobello and mozzarella. As we’ve already said, TapaVi restaurant is one of our favourites and we’re quite sure you’re going to love it, just as much as we do.
