Fantastic food and staff love this place. Return often as so good 😁. Would recommend this being the best place to go for Indian food also European food good also

My first visit to Tayview - came recommended by a friend The Food was very good and the prices very reasonable but the evening was let down by poor service

I was at the Tayview Hotel with work colleagues. Our meal was simply excellent. The staff were attentive and we didn't feel that we were being rushed out at the end of our meal. In fact, we were given a complimentary drink from the Hotel. The individual cost was inexpensive and well worth it. I will be back.

Lovely meal my friend enjoyed it to am goin a get sumthing more spicey next time i come back but i can say 6 out

I have been for lunch and evening and always warm welcome. We used the garden at lunchtime for pre meal drink. Great food and service at reasonable prices.

Brilliant food and amazing service. Car park is very small so parking is an issue. Very reasonably priced with good sized portions. Bigger childrens menu would be nice.

Great food and even better prices. Only thing that could be improved is child-friendliness. Lots of glass tabletops etc made me worry constantly that my toddler would break something. Will definitely return though as service was amazing.

This was the 1st time I had been to the Tayview and I could not fault it, from the friendliness of the staff to the excellent food.although it was very busy we did not feel rushed at all. I will definetly visit again to try something else from the extensive menu.

Great food, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money. Complimentary popadoms and dips was an unexpected extra that all guests were provided with. Fast and efficient service. Will definitely be going back and they also do carry outs.

Great service. Nice friendly atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable. We were not rushed in any way to finish our meal and leave. Would go back again.

Restaurant was very short staffed and poor gentlemen was doing everything from taking drink orders& food orders, serving drinks and food and then trying to clear tables! Ordered popadums and these arrived after we had been served our starters. Kid's meal was cottage pie, which was very spicy and had melted cheese over the top of it??? Too spicy to be eaten, and to be fair this was removed from our bill. Food was nice although we did have to go and find a member of staff to ask for cutlery when the main course was served. Likewise had to go looking for member of staff to order more drinks. Think that the restaurant is a victim of its own success at the moment! Staff worked hard so no reflection in the service they were providing under the circumstances.

Perfect service! Delicious food will certainly be back soon! And very reasonably priced. Only down fall is the parking, small carpark and a very busy street.

Had a fabulous lunch , service was also superb, food was very fresh and didn't have to wait long for it to arrive , even got the left overs to take home

Food excellent service could not fault only 1 minor issue maybe a breathing space in between the starter and the main being served. But only for that or it would of made a 6 rating also value for money

Perfect Boxing Day night out , 8 people and well looked after and food is delicious . Out third time here in a few weeks and came recommended from friends.

Monosodium glutamate in curry. Tastes like a Shyte of Chinese flavour.might get sick if u eat more.service excellent!!!wont be back again for a meal .dissapointed with food in my second visit.

Welcoming, Attentive Service. Amazing food with good portion size & very reasonably priced. Charcoal warmers used to keep your portion warm. Highly recommend it for groups or couples.

Meal and staff were fantastic only problem was a group of guys 12 of them noisy and using swear words as punctuation this is something the hotel staff could only get them fed and out the door Overall a great place very well priced .

Fantastic meal, but had to wait a long time to place order as they were very busy with take aways, could not fault meal it was superb!

This was my first visit to the Tayview and I would return , the food was excellent, we had starters and main courses, both were efficiently served and bought courses were tasty and fulfilling. My only criticism was the decor which was little outdated especially in the foyer. The toilets also could do with a little upgrade.

amazing service from the waiter and waitresses. food was 1st class. portions were huge. very happy all round will definitely be back soon. and the waitresses even sang happy birthday to my dad for his 50th which was lovely.
