Tbilisi in London sets a high bar when it comes to flavourful and authentic Georgian cuisine. Whether you are already a lover of Georgian food, or excited to discover what all the fuss is about, you’re sure to find yourself at home in the wonderful relaxed atmosphere and exciting spices that fill every dish with flavour. If you’re after a more cultural experience, head to Highbury because on the last Saturday of every month Tbilisi features live traditional Georgian music to make your Georgian experience complete. Don’t let the modest exterior fool you, as once you go in you can leave your worries at the door as the excellent waitstaff guide you on a tasty tour through Georgia.
Fantastic food. Having been to a couple of Georgian restaurants in London this is definitely my favourite. We were told that the chef/owner is a 65 year old Georgian lady who takes so much pride in her cooking that she tastes every dish herself to make sure it is perfect, and you can feel that in the balance and flavour of the food. Would highly recommend.
