Great food and great service, made the special effort to move our table to accomadate the dogs no hassle at all even though it was busy

Been here a few times and the food was once again very tasty.

i love the atmosphere in the Bankhouse the food was nice for me home made chips would have been perfect for an evening meal but that said i did enjoy the piri piri chicken.

The menu at the restaurant is different to the one online - it doesn’t say it’s a sample. The main course I chose was unavailable 15 minutes after I ordered it as the butcher apparently didn’t deliver pork that morning ! Why wasn’t I told this before choosing and why didn’t they get any more as they had all day ? The steak I had was over cooked and expensive for the meal I received, one other guest ordered a burger and said it just tasted awful - he left most of it . Would not recommend.

We all selected the lunchtime sandwich menu with tea and coffee afterwards - the meal was excellent for the price we paid. The service was also very good, we were not rushed into selecting from the menu and the food came out shortly after ordering.

I felt that the food was overpriced for what I ate. A child's portion of sausage and mash was £10.95 and 8 crackers, 4 slices of cheese and jam was £10! No butter or bread with it, and no blue cheese which was in the description. If the pub didn't have such a lovely view I wouldn't consider going again. However, the staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Think I'll just stick to drinking there in future and next time I want a cheese board I'll go to kirkstall bridge.

Excellent food and service. The cost of the food was cheaper than expected and we had 2 courses and it came to no more than £35!!! Will definitely go again!

Booking was easy and the Bankhouse in Pudsey is a lovely place to eat. We arrived on tues eve and it was pizza night . The pizza was really nice and plenty of choice even for vegetarians. Would strongly recommend .

Amazing food and really reasonably priced also. The staff and very friendly and helpful. The only downside was a long wait even though we had booked.

Menu on bankhouse website was not what we were presented with when we arrived. My wife was gutted. She had to order from limited menu, which was a burger in the end. Several mistakes and had to wait a long time. Food was reasonable when it arrived.

The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. We had a lovely meal with all the family and were very happy that the dog could come too. I can't wait to go back.

The Bankhouse dining room - once bland - is now very nicely decorated. Food was very good, service friendly and pleasant. The is the best it's been for years.

Really good food, we ordered chicken burger and beef burger and they were tasty and the chips were as good as we have had. Very friendly staff and a cosy place too.

Lovely food and atmosphere as on previous visits. Highly recommended, great for a walk around the valley either from Pudsey or Tong village and then food afterwards.

Pizza night excellent value for money. Easy to book, quick service. Would recommend we have eaten here twice in last few weeks and would come back again.

Lovely place, great atmosphere and nice decor. Would have preferred more variety on menu - a lot of the dishes contained wheat or strong flavours such as goats cheese or smoked salmon.

We had a most pleasant experience at Bankhouse. Genuinely decent pub food in nice surroundings, served by cheerful and helpful staff, eager to please. A nice experience.

Great atmosphere and all food presented and tasted gorgeous. All four of us enjoyed our meal. Generous portions too. Could not eat dessert. Music was an added bonus. Would definitely go again.

A very small menu to choose from which was made smaller when they didn't have certain items available. The burger was tasty but not worth waiting for. Disappointing.

Great service great food and excellent members of staff. They made my part and our dog very welcome. It's great that you can take dogs in.

Nice meal, wait time of 40 mins but was warned about a couple of large tables so overall okay. Couple more cask ales would be good to see. Will visit again.

Extremely pleasant, albeit very young waitress. Food was slightly above average but unforrunately several of the items on menu were not available. Feel we should have been made aware of this fact before we ordered. Even the cheese board was minus the grapes!!! All in all, for the cost, it was a mediocre experience.

Excellent and friendly staff. The only down side to our visit was that the service was slow but the food, when it arrived well worth waiting for, it was simply delicious.

Lovely place! A it hard to find/have car access to but that may have just been the way my satnav took me! Accommodated the dogs also with no quibbles which was lovely and the food was good.

Great friendly pub with excellent food and service. There was live music on when we visited, and they were very good. All in all a great night.

Good choice of beers, especially the Holt Two Hoots, great seafood main dish and super service. Would certainly return for both a drink and to eat.

We booked on line, the website made no mention of the fact that Tuesday night they only served pizzas. I was looking forward to a starter and main course. I never eat pizza , having said that they were good pizzas. I would have preferred to have been shown to our table and having our drinks order taken there, rather than hanging around at the bar, waiting for the drinks, otherwise the service was good.

Very tasty food, good portions, quick service. The lady that served us was very attentive and positive. I would definitely recommend the pub to my friends and family. Also the views from the pub are lovely.

We don't usually bring our young children out for dinner but the bankhouse was very relaxed and we all had a good time. Great views, lovely food and child friendly we would definitely eat here again!
