More about The Bierkeller - Birmingham, Birmingham

At this, the Birmingham branch of The Bierkeller, Bavarian beer is brought ice cold to your table by wait staff in classic Bavarian dress. The tables are long, social and the atmosphere is beyond buzzing. This is an eating and drinking environment unlike any you’ll find elsewhere. There’s often a live oompah band, known as the Bavarian Stompers, making this location on Broad Street in the centre of Birmingham an absolute must.

Alongside a fantastic selection of authentic German beer, of course, there is Bavarian food. On the menu is plenty of German sausage, or wurst, mixed plates of brotzeit and traditional desserts in the way of black forest gateau. There are also some well-built burgers, not so Bavarian, but damn good regardless. Wash all of that down with a two-pint stein and you’ll see why The Bierkeller in Birmingham is so popular. Be sure to book your city centre trip soon. Prost!
