Only negative was that serving staff did not wear face covering which made my daughter in law a little wary when they lent over her to serve our food, however all staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. We will come again.

Well laid out with hand sanitiser at the entrance, one way system, staff were very friendly and we were greeted with big smiles which is lovely to see from young people, food was very good, plenty of outdoor seating either under the veranda or not, a lovely place to eat and drink.

Service from arrival slow but despite us booking in advance, staff very pleasant & helpful & presentation of food lovely.

The service was great considering the measures in place for Covid 19. The food was delicious and plentiful. Washed down with well kept real ale. Will be going again to sit and chill beside the canal. Great location.

Second time visiting since it reopened and its still lovely. Managed to catch the early bird dinner menu - 3 courses for £15 - and the food was really good. Good atmosphere and a great way to spend an evening.

Well looked after by bar staff. Food was excellent and good value. Plenty of choice on the early bird menu. Lovely atmosphere and surroundings.
