Loved the food, was gorgeous. Lovely atmosphere, only small thing to say was my food and coffee was hotter than the sun - had to wait ages to actually Eat and drink.

The food was nice and of a good quality. However, the service was slow and a little disappointing, e.g. we had to ask for cutlery after each course had already arrived.

Fabulous food and service as always, and protective measures in place to ensure safety.

Everything was made to feel very ‘normal’. Good atmosphere and very busy which was lovely to see. Food was usual high standard with good choice.

This facility adhered extremely well to all Covid 19 safety recommendations and made us feel as safe as can be under the circumstances. As ever, food and service was excellent.

Even though very quiet service was slow. Food good but husbands katsu burger only warm. If this is the new normal they need to get a grip and make sure they can cope? Nice to see how clean and organised safety in place.

Lovely evening for my 60th birthday celebrations. Very nice welcome, staff very friendly, excellent choice of food which was of a high standard. Service was a little slow but it didn’t spoil the evening.

Staff were polite, very friendly and helpful. My husband and I had the same starter and main course. We found the starter(squid) to be too greasy for our taste. However the main(risotto)was 10/10!!! Then my husband had the fruit crumble which was delicious!!! We’ll definitely be returning to The Brook with it’s relaxed, cosy atmosphere and lovely staff☺️

Food was excellent but service was slow. We were originally told it was due to how busy they were but later advised they were a chef down. This would have been helpful to know earlier in the evening as more understanding would have been shown
