Yet again another fab meal. Real indian cuisine at its best. Cant wait to go back again to sample more dishes. In this life you pay for what you get and its worth it at The Burj.
Had a very good meal at the burj I had the lamb at it was falling off the bone, everything was of a really good standard willl definitely be back.
Excellent, the atmosphere was fantastic, as was the food. Definitely the place to go for good food. We will be trying their new place in old town when it opens.
Great service, with a great atmosphere, food was really nice with lots of variety. I would recommend the burj to anyone who appreciates good food
There were six of us and we all agreed the meal was excellent and the portions were huge. Really good value for money. Full marks!
Excellent - very friendly and delicious food with some interesting dishes. Everything was great and I don't see why I should have to enter at least 25 words !
Superb as always, very attentive, amazing food, great atmosphere. Ten out of ten best curry I've had anywhere in all my years, would recommend to anyone.
Excellent food and service - this restaurant hasn’t failed to shine for either an intimate dinner for two or large birthday party - great to have it so close by
Excellent service and good quality food ( relatively varied number of fish dishes ); albeit Berkshire rather than Wiltshire prices. Interior well appointed and belies the exterior feel of a converted pub.
Menu selection is really great and the food was superb. Good service even though it was extremely busy. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and will go back!

Been here many times before and it continues to be frendly and lovely food they always are accommodating. I look forward to to my next visit
Lovely meal at the Burj, a little rushed to begin with but they understood that we wanted a bit more time. Will definitely be back.
Service always good, and the surroundings very nice, but a little cold sat by the window. Sometimes I find some of the food too salty for me.
Our sons and friends enjoyed their food choices, but, my husband and I thought that our choices (butter chicken and the Burj special chicken tikka style curry) were somewhat too sweet. I also tasted the lamb rogan josh and I thought even that was sweeter than it should be. Also, our drinks and main course were a long time to be served. However, on the plus side, the starters were delicious and beautifully presented, and the decor and ambiance of the place was pleasant, and overall, we had a good evening.
Food was tasty , ambience was nice ,service was on time , no waiting .. So personally it was altogether a nice experience. Worth a visit
We Love this local restaurant for the tasty food. One of the best indians in the area. Great unique dishes and nice atmosphere for a group or couples
Our first visit to the Burj but definitely not our last! Amazing food and lovely, friendly, welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at The Burj. They provide great service and fabulous food in pleasant surroundings. The restaurant was busy, but this did not affect the quality of our experience.
Nice surroundings, good food with authentic north Indian sauces. Service was excellent and prices reasonable. We didn't have wine or ask to see the wine list but the beers were good.
We enjoyed a delicious family meal at The Burj last night. We ate with our three children (aged between 6 & 11). There was plenty of choice, plenty of food served in a bustling environment. Attentive service and overall a great place. We’ll certainly be back again.
Great New Years Eve meal - we were made to feel very welcome and recieved great service and a great meal - very enjoyable thank you. We will be back in the New Year.
staff were friendly, attentive the food excellent. Only complaint, my sister ordered white fish curry and was served salmon curry which was not good as she has a salmon allergy!! Manager just said sorry and not bothered about the consequences, dangerous!!!
Really good service. We didn't wait long for the meal. Meal was very nice too. Booked at the last minute , was easy to book on line.
Really good choice of food cooked beautifully. Lovely restaurant. Second visit for us in 2 weeks. Recommend you book as restaurant is so busy. Service friendly.
really very good food and a nice atmosphere and staff were very friendly and helpful. would absolutely go back to this restaurant. quite far out but worth the visit.
Brilliant food great atmosphere, our second Christmas Day here and didn’t disappoint we’re made to feel very welcome .food was up to it’s usual standard , Highly recommended
Excellent service, excellent food, excellent value for money great curry house very friendly atmosphere portion sizes were perfect. Very clean throughout and well worth the drive there. A************
Great food as always. Service is impeccable with everyone looking very smart. I always find the food good value for money. It's not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I think the Burj is the best curry restaurant in and around Swindon. Highly recommended.
What an amazing evening, it was my mother in laws 87th birthday, very attentive waiting staff and the food as always was plenty and top class. My only moan is the car parking, really need disabled parking space near to the entrance. I suggest making the spaces near to the door disabled only
Very nice Indian restaurant. We were well looked after and the food was delicious. The menu is good with dishes that you don't see in most Indian restaurants. Prices are a bit more expensive but worth a bit extra . We recommend this restaurant.
Our favourite Indian restaurant. Food is always delicious -never had a bad meal here-, staff are friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend eating here.
A great evening at a pleasant location. We had a good time.
A packed restaurant at 7 pm on a Saturday evening would suggest that The Burj is doing its job very well. In spite of being so busy the service and quality of food was very good and improved on our previous visits. The choice of menu is wide and well priced, attention from the many staff was notable. Note to the Owners - please maintain this very good standard.
Lovely food and great service. Slightly expensive but probably worth it. The menu was too large for me, I could have eaten it all. Would go back.
We had a superb lunch with excellent food and service. The Sunday lunch deal is tremendous value for money. We would highly recommend the Burj.
Went all the way there and they had a power cut so had to find somewhere else to eat and drive all the way back
Restaurant had no power, things like this happen the reason for the one star review is that no one informed me and once we arrived nobody seemed that apologetic
Food was excellent, huge menu choice, service wasvery pleasant but a little slow at times meaning we had eaten most of our meal by the time the chapatis and paratha came. Failrly expensive.
Superb atmosphere, welcome, friendly staff and food. The food was so fresh and probably the best Indian meal I have ever had in this Country - superb evening, many thanks 😎
