Great meal and great service in a lovely restaurant. The best Indian food in this area for sure. Thank you, we'll be back very soon.
Excellent food ,portion size.Great choice of spice will mild flavours and hot traditional dishes. Speedy service and attentive. Would recommend, friendly staff and easy to find.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was quick and the food that we ordered was delicious. It was a very enjoyable evening.
the food is amazing. Th service is amazing. Definitely one of the best curry houses I have been to, I would definitely recommend and go there again.
Very good Thank you We have been coming here for a while now and will carry on coming. It's about 13 miles from where we live.
Excellent service, great food, lovely atmosphere, waiters attentive but not intrusive. Location and venue easy to get to with plenty of parking. Will definitely go back soon.
The Burj is all round decent restaurant the staff are lovely , the service is good and the food is to die for! Last night was my third time going for a meal there, myself and my partner brought my parents who are over visiting from Ireland and they also agree that the food is delicious. Although the waiter did get my drink order wrong a couple of time there is nothing negative to say about this place. I always recommend it to friends
Both excellent food and service. Alas, I'm not a local but should I ever be that way again I would most definitely eat there again
The food was great, some interesting dishes on the menu. We will have to return to try some other dishes. Good service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Great time, great environment, great food! I would recommend the Burj to anyone who enjoys their food. The menu had something for everyone, looking forward to going back.
Great Food, Good Ambience. Had a good Indian meal after a long time. This place gives the authentic taste. Dal Makani was amazing. Will go again.
Good food good service good atmosphere in a very attractive restaurant the food was very attractively presented Well worth a trip out of Swindon we will go back
Extensive and interesting menu . The food is well cooked , well presented and delicious. The service most attentive and friendly We go back often
We really enjoyed our evening at the Burj. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was gorgeous, we could not fault it. We will definitely return.
Great food, nice staff and setting. Well worth going out of your way for. Our starters were delicious, followed by an awesome lamb shank which the. Hipster couldn't believe was for 1person. Comfortable too, with reception area and bar.
Excellent as usual with a new and varied menu since the last time we visited! Definitely the best Indian around if you want quality thoroughly recommended!
Fantastic, great table, service and the food was just amazing. We may have ordered too many popedoms but all the food was finished off. Great evening.
It was our first visit to The Burj and the experience was a good one. The staff were friendly, the food was good and our daughter loved their after-dinner mints!!
Very attentive staff and the meal was lovely, pleasant surroundings and location easy to reach. Would recommend and definitely go back for a meal there again.
great food, great atmosphere. Went for xmas lunch and wasn't disappointed. Food was delicious, drinks reasonable and staff amazing. will be going back . thanks
Staff go that extra mile to give you what you expect. Really tasty menu. The plates were nice and hot as they should be. Brilliant night out.
The food was fabulous, the venue is great, the staff are very helpful and friendly, super atmosphere (1 Dec - very Christmassy!) what's not to like. Jane
Always greeted with a smile, the atmosphere is smart but extremely comfortable, a perfect place to sit and enjoy fantastic indian food and a drink or two
Excellent food, service good but felt rushed. The main arrived whilst still on the poppidoms, just as well that we didn't have a starter. Lots to choose on the menu.
Food was the best I have ever eaten all 3 courses were delicious and arrived quickly after ordering. Service fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome and special.
great food for a quiet Sunday Lunch. The place was booked for a party later on so very quiet for the early birds.!! Will definitely go again. The Chicken Lollipop's are amazing for a starter.
Absolute amazing service from the moment we walked in till the moment we left the food was also amazing would definitely recommend his place to friends.
We went on a Friday evening and it was lovely to see the restaurant with a full house as on previous visits diners were sparse in number. We had an excellent meal served quickly and welll mannered staff. We will visit again
Excellent setting and service. Food was good and attractively presented but the portions were too large (especially the lamb) and I would have preferred to have had the opportunity for 50% portions and had two different main courses of that size.
Excellent service meet and greet, table ready upon arrival. Food served was exceptional and served in good time without a long wait in between ordering and food being served. Choice was also well beyond what is normal in Indian Restaurants. First Class would be our descriptive.
Food was good but service very slow. Had to wait 1hr in between starter and main course. Was seated in a part of the restaurant that felt a bit like the overflow car park which may explain the poor service. Not sure I'd go back.
Great food friendly staff, even took 4 guest,s back into swindon due to taxi going to take 45 minute,s to come pick them up.will definitely go back.
We had a fine evening, slightly spoilt by confusion between two of the dishes. We will be going back at some point in the future.
Food is excellent and a very good choice. Scallops starter is a must and well worth trying one of the house specialities. Can get very busy at weekends
A cut above your average Indian restaurant! I can recommend the Mother Chicken. Nice surroundings too. Worth the drive. I have been twice and the quality is consistent
Venue itself is beautiful and warming. And the food really is incredible. Perhaps slightly pricey as there isn't much meat with the mains. More on the saucy side! Only reason I give this a 5 is that the service was a bit slow and you perhaps feel at ignored at times.
I found a restaurant very friendly and family orientated the food was excellent , A very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend you visit the Burj.
Excellent starters, good main course but disappointing shop bought kulfi served in a paper pot. Service was not great, eg plates plonked on the table and cutlery not replaced. Overall disappointing for what we expected would be better than an average indian restaurant.
First visit to the Burj it was very busy so service was a little slow but the food was very good and staff very friendly would go again
New to the area we were recommended to try The Burj. Excellent service and great choice of delicious food, which is excellently presented. Highly recommend
