The service was extremely slow but it was worth waiting for as the food and drinks were delicious. If you are prepared for a long wait then it's a nice place to go to.

We use to visit this restaurant a few times a year and I must say they are going down hill very very fast. Salty food. Very sweet rice. Curry prawns was a waste, not worth the money as for the hellshire shimps. . .we are speechless. If it was like this when we 1st discovered them we would not have came back. Dutchie step your game back up. ..

Starters came out warm borderline cold. Initially ordered calalloo and salt fish. Then 30mins later was told sorry they have no callalloo after waiting half an hour. Had then re order another dish and wait even longer for this to be prepared and come out. Our main meals came out in bits and pieces waiting on compliments to our meal meant that the rest of the served food was getting warm. Finally, recieved the bill first item at the top was £9 charge for calalloo and salt fish... the same item which was unavailable as they had no more

The dutchie is great for food, the service of lack of it lets it down! There’s no point in booking a reservation as you get seated well after the allotted time. Anyway if you are going for great food then this is the place just know you got to wait for everything!

The drinks are usually strong but it appeared to be watered down this time. Maybe cos it was the weekend? Overall, it was nice!!

Service was slow, cocktails were very and the food was ok.. had to wait a while for the mains to arrive.

Good - the food and atmosphere Bad - it took about 40 minutes to get our starter and then we were told that because our starter was so late, our mains would come about 5 minutes after. They didn't, it was another wait. They didn't supply serving plates or tissues with our starter, my sister had to get them herself. Also before we had finished eating they brought the bill to us as the tills were closing (maybe they could've printed our bill but only brought it to us when we asked for it) which ironically wouldn't have been an issue if the food had been quicker. However the food was delicious.

The food was presented well but the execution was poor. The fresh fish was frozen and tasteless and the wings/shrimp platter was less than average. The cocktails were weak but probably the best part of the experience. The service was definitely the worst part. They presented the bill and took payment before even clearing the plates. I went on a Wednesday night so they can’t use being busy as an excuse.

Always a pleasure visiting his restaurant. Food is 10/10. Drinks are 10/10 music 10/10 and Waitors/Waitresses go above and beyond with their customer service. I am always recommending this place to my friends. Thanks again :)

The food is ALWAYS excellent, fantastic service and ambience from staff memebers. All round great evening.

While as always the food is of the highest quality, sadly, the waiting time to be seated continues to be a challenge for front of house. I had prebooked for 8:30pm and wasn’t offered a table until about 9:15 pm.

Great food, loved the flavours literally a real taste of Jamaica cannot fault the food at all. Food came out steaming hot just the way I like it. Only downfall I had was the cocktail sizes are not not worth the money. I'm pretty sure they have halved the glasses. Because I remember getting a proper size cocktail when I visited before. But the cocktails are very tasteful. Customer service on point and service time was just right. Thank you Dutchie

Not impressed. Ordered curry goat and it was cold. Sent it back, and it was still cold when it came back. Sent it back again..Came back hot but full of bone. My date couldn't believe the poor service and referred to the surroundings as "ghetto". Have given Dutchie 3 tries and still disappointed with the slow, unprofessional service
