Fantastic food, with generous portions all well cooked and presented and wonderfully friendly service. Had a lovely family Sunday lunch and will definitely be going back very soon

Good food, very pleasant staff made you feel welcome. Was seated in the conservatory which had a lovely view, but was extremely cold. Hence why i have rated it a 5 and not a 6

Had a very pleasant lunch here with 2 friends. Good menu choice, food was erved quickly, and was hot and tasty. Service was attentive and friendly. Good value.

Food was served on a cold plate. The four small bits of carrot, two tiny sprigs of cauliflower and 2 small florets of brocolli placed in a circle around the veggie wellington were nearly cold. Wellington must have been microwaved as was served too quickly to be heated in conventional oven. Pastry soggy too. Poor value at £10.99. Complained about cold plate - proprieter said sorry. An offer of a goodwill free hot drink would have been nice but just 20% voucher off next meal given. Not inclined to try again!
