Excellent food in a nice venue. We were lucky enough to have an area saved for us in the bar as our table was needed for a second sitting. Thank you!
Always excellent service at the bar and restaurant such lovely staff and excellent food!
Fantastic food, helpful staff great beer would recommend this place for any occasion
lovely atmosphere great staff best chicken burger I have ever eaten
My new favourite place and we can get the fantastic 465 bus there and back. Great place!
Have eaten there a few times since they have opened and still great food & service And Charlotte is always fabulous
Warm welcome, great food, excellent friendly service and good food.
One of the best roasts ever had. Food presentation was close to fine dining standard.
The mixed group of 6 of us were all very happy with our food and the service.
Relaxed, convivial, cordial, tasty, convenient, affordable, will be back again.
Good service but specials menu very expensive for lunch time
Friendly and efficient staff, good food with a wide range of choices and an atmosphere that was pleasantly busy without being too loud.
Excellent service and delicious food, good atmosphere, value for money
Excellent food, good service, and nice wine, what’s not to like?
Great food and great service. So glad we found this place.
Excellent food and amazing service, highly recommend going to the queens head, waiting staff where so helpful atmosphere is also top notch
Great atmosphere, good food, attentive staff. Very enjoyable evening. Would recommend.
Good service, above average pub grub and a good atmospher
10/10 would just be great to see a bit more variation maybe on the main menu.
Fabulous Sunday Lunch - would definitely be my first choice in Dorking
The staff were pleasant and attentive without being too much so. Food was good and reasonably priced. A midweek evening meal with friends was a great venue. Will go again for sure
We had a lovely meal for my husband’s birthday, the food was good, reasonably priced and service with a smile what more can you ask for!
A very relaxed place with excellent food and well trained, friendly, professional staff. I had the delicious starter off the specials board - mushrooms with red peppers and other lovely bits on a slice of toasted, slightly garlicky sourdough, with a separate blue cheese sauce in a little jug. I then had the small portion of lightly battered Cornish hake with minty pea puree, tartare sauce and rosemary salted chips. All beautifully presented and served with a smile.
This gastrointestinal has a lovely atmosphere and is also child-friendly. The food was of top quality, well presented and they have a great gin selection!
Staff very friendly and helpful . Did not have to wait long for food.Best dessert ever, the camalised banana. People at other table saw me with it and they all ordered it. Would definitely recommend Queens Head for a meal.
We had a lovely time at The Queens Head. Really yummy food and attentive service, they even accommodated my husbands strange food requests. We would definitely go back.
This is the first time we had been to Queen’s Head. We both had roast beef. Excellent Sunday roast and customer service. We will be back.
Super welcoming, food always fantastic with a great variety of specials normally, impeccable service... advisable to book in advance as incredibly popular - a brilliant addition to Dorking and somewhere we always go with friends now!
Excellent service . The roast beef was perfectly cooked as were the vegetables. Not too much of it either and not swimming in gravy which I usually dislike. The best roast Sunday Lunch I have had in Dorking.
Great food, great service, great ambience! Very busy but that added to the atmosphere. We shared a starter, had a main course, wine and a shot to finish!
We felt a little rushed to order , impression was to get us in and out to free the table , but it settled and otherwise spot on and great food .
Really enjoyed my lunch - the best I've had out in ages. If I was being really picky I would say the service was a little too slow as we had to wait rather a long time between courses.
Nicely decorated. Good atmosphere - real buzz and warmth. All 4of us adults enjoyed our food. Service was good. Would like to see a bit more imaginative choice of desserts, then we’ll order them! But this is definitely a pub we will happily return to.
We had an excellent lunch today; my dad thoroughly enjoyed his Cumberland sausage main course. The service was good, thank you. I thank our waitress too for putting the remainder of my meal into a box to take home - I haven't been well lately and my appetite is very small. We will return - having been for a variety of different bar meals / drinks only / Christmas 'Book Club' meal and lunchtimes. Thank you once again.
First visit to our friends local. First impressions, very good, nice decor and good atmosphere. Good menus and food good. Nice staff Will go again
Met yesterday with friends and had an excellent lunch. Ambience good, the food was delicious and good choice on the menu. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
This pub has been transformed. The food and service were excellent . Everyone enjoyed different menu choices . Highly recommend . We will certainly be coming back .
Excellent food and service. A lovely relaxing night out with friends in a comfy setting on a Friday night. Very reasonable prices for food and drinks.
Exceptional food. Well cooked, presented and delivered. Good to know Dorking is starting to get back some decent eateries again and this is definitely one of them. Cheers
The food here is very good - imaginative cooking and not at all your typical pub food. Bit of a shortage of veggie food but I think they might have a vegan menu if you ask. Sea bass on crayfish risotto with chillies and coriander was lovely. Friendly waiting staff too.
