Great visit to Red Lion as usual. Food is excellent and so is the service. I would recommend.

The Red Lion is a local favourite of mine. One of the longest serving Indian pubs in an area which has many to compete with - but still one of the best. Lovely setup, especially the new extended area which has been built. Great food choice, with the best chicken tikka masala you will find. Also a good selection of beers, the highlight being the very good pints of Staropramen. A much-loved local, from a regular visitor!

Well whats the use of booking a table in advance when they .. still sit on a table knowing well that the app to order food doesnot work. So go to the counter to get your drinks Then request for someone to come and take the order... table booked for 8.. till 8:30 no one bothered ..reminded twice. Food did not come till 9:40 after having to request where is food three times. Basic restaurant etiquettes.. i have always taken a takeaway going back many many years first time we thought lets sit in and eat.. bad bad decision...

The food was amazing and fantastic service, overall 10/10.

Food was fantastic as well as the service. The venue was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately both my wife and my phone had no reception there, so couldn't order via the app. We have been told others have had the same problem. Luckily they allowed us to order without it. Will definitely be back.

When we arrived we were told that the red lion had tried to cancel the booking by phone however we didn’t receive a phone call. However the red lion did their best to accommodate our party which they did. Food was excellent as always Thank you

Lovely evening, the last for a long time due to lockdown but it was a very pleasant one.

Birthday visit. All service, beverages, and food good. Unfortunately not all the beers were available and a lot of customers not adhering to the Covid regs (no masks) although the pub was kept clean and tidy.
