Great staff and great food, myself and my wife had a lovely evening out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant to anyone.
Excellent restaurant choice of Indian or European fab food and first class staff and service. Hadnt to long to wait between courses great wine and beer menu.
We always enjoy our meals at Spice Club, Crowne Plaza Shaws Bridge. The menu selection is excellent and the food is of high quality. All the staff are warm, friendly and attentive. We are made to feel most welcome and we look forward to our next visit.
The staff went over and above what was expected! There was a minor problem with what we ordered and the waitress more than made up for it! Thank you!
Overall, we were disappointed with both the service and the meal. Staff were busy and after delivering the food, they never came back to the table to check that things were OK and it was difficult to get their attention when wanting to order another drink or when we wanted to pay the bill. The food seemed to be pre-cooked and then just heated before serving. The food on the starter platter was dry and the Nan bread tasted as if it was day old, and again re-heated. I would not recommend the restaurant as there are a number of more authentic Indian restaurants in Belfast that are much better.
UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TANDOOR OVEN AND THE SPICE CLUB WAS CLOSED. INSTEAD WE ATE IN THE OTHER RESTAURANT WHICH WAS REALLY ENJOYABLE.THE FOOD WAS LOVELY AND THERE WAS A GOOD VARIETY OF DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM(STARTER,MAIN AND DESSERT). THE STAFF WERE MOST APOLOGETIC AND VERY HELPFUL.OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU.
The food was delicious, and the waiter did take time to make sure that the food allergies for my daughter was taken into account when ordering her dish, but it did take 50minutes for it to come.
Great location since we were staying at the hotel. The food was so amazing. Love the fresh combinations and spice was there but not in your face.
Great service from all the waitresses who were polite and attentive. The food was great quality with a really good vegetable samosa and prawn jalfrezi.
Menu limited certainly for an Indian restaurant not many choices but what there is of good quality and tasty. Service quick and efficient , prices maybe a bit higher than elsewhere.
