Very polite staff food very good, the bistro part very poor cobwebs on the lights a sofa stuck in a corner it was very shabby and didn’t like the horrible curtains to try and block out the snooker table and people playing while we were eating no table cloths I booked the scrimshaw only to be told 2 days later that they had a party would we mind the bistro part if I had know what it was like I wouldn’t have bothered as it was our first time going there, I certainly wouldn’t recommend the bistro part but I will go back to the scrimshaw and try that...
Excellent food and good service provided by staff very nice!
Sunday lunch with friends - Main meal fine, sweets disappointed that portions of Sticky Toffee Pudding were quite small and Cheese cake quite 'sickly'
Excellent food & service. Will definitely go back soon .
Delicious meal, very good value. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Delicious food, friendly staff and beautiful restaurant. Will definately visit again soon, my partner and i visited some years ago and it has improved tremendously since then.
Visited for Sunday roast. Nice decor, lovely lamb roast, ( liked the veg in serving dish rather than already on plate as per some restaurants), delicious prosecco cheesecake and great friendly service.
Had a wonderful meal. Staff very accommodating. We had a 16 month old who was looked after brilliantly. Highly recommend to friends and family. Thankyou
Booked restaurant Never saw it as being used for polker game Relegated to a spare room amusingly called “The Bistro” Monday evening dining not recommended
Good friendly place. With very nice staff and great service we had a lovely sectioned off area for our party of eight and was excellent value for money
