It’s difficult being an Indian restaurant in Birmingham, what with the second city being home of the balti and famous in the UK for its subcontinental cuisine. Out in Sheldon, the baron of the balti and the king of the curry is to be found at Titash Indian Restaurant, shoehorned in between Clive Mark Schoolwear and Green Dog Vaping along Coventry Road. It’s been around since the late 80s, serving up the aforementioned balti as well as succulent tandoori and tawa dishes, all made fresh to order. Ideal for casual dining or a private function, book Titash Indian Restaurant today for tomorrow.
Dinner for eleven guests following a day at the NEC. The Titash is a firm favourite of mine and the standards of the food and service remain excellent whether it's for two people or a large group. First class cuisine, with what seems like and unless choice of main courses. Attentive staff and excellent value for money. What's not to like?...
Always eat at Titash, always friendly service and great food. For me the best Indian restaurant in Sheldon, prices are always reasonable too. Will be there again soon.
It was fab at the Titash I hadn't been there 4 many years and the atmosphere the food the staff were fab even the toilets were impressive just a shame there upstairs but can't have it all I spose but we're defo goin back
Service was to a high standard. No long waiting for food to arrive. Gap between courses was just right. We will definitely return in the near future.
A group of 10 of us attended meal early Tuesday evening. Food was really tasty and service was good. Price wise it felt a little on the expensive side but the portions served are generous. I would recommend this restaurant for future use.
overall it was ok and i would have given a 4 but the food wasn't hot enough when it arrived, also the waiters were a bit slow with the drinks
Haven't visited this restaurant for a while but thought we would give it a go again. Unfortunately food was poor and main meals came out too soon after starter cleared
