More about Town Square, Belfast

Some think of coffee as that drink that helps you to wake up, others think of coffee as a way of life, and then there’s the coffee ethos of Town Square Belfast... The skilled team behind Town Square thinks of coffee as an art form – a social construct that brings people together, helping them discover the best in themselves and in the people around them. Located directly across the street from the Botanic train station in Belfast, this cafe, coffee shop and bar is putting the soul back into the city, one cup at a time.

And when the soul is full, you can start on the spirits (gin, specifically) alongside excellent food. With a great selection of gin, as well as light bits and a few larger meals, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. So whether it's avocado toast with bacon, shakshuka or half a roasted chicken you’re after, Town Square has got you covered. On Botanic Avenue near Belfast Empire Music Hall, you won’t want to miss this charming cafe and bar. Town Square’s a popular place though, so a booking (much like morning coffee) is essential.

Good service and a nice, concise menu. Loved the small options for dessert when you're not fit for a full size portion. Staff were knowledgeable about the menu.

Lovely wee spot to watch the world go by. Our meals were all beautiful and staff very helpful and efficient, would be great for a wee coffee and catch up too. Definitely will be there again.

Have to say the food was superb and great value for money. Service was very friendly and the specials were well explained. Atmosphere was very welcoming. My sister and her husband had come over for the weekend and were very impressed. I'll definitely return.
